"Pleasant hotel and very helpful staff.

They went beyond expectations in printing required documents and even more so in arranging for a doctor to come and give us emergency covid PCR tests." See all these reviews: 8n in Kenya

"Airport stay at Four Points by Sheraton"

1 night Arrived 25 Jan 2022
"This was a short stay after a late night arrival from London. Did what it said on the tin, really.

Charming female driver collected me from the airport and took me to the door, where both the car and my luggage were scanned. Reception was welcoming and efficient.

Dinner was still available but I passed. Room was clean with black out curtains and no noise from the airport, although there was noise (from guests/housekeeping?) outside my door at 3 am.

Massive spread of breakfast options went on for about twenty feet and could be eaten indoors or out." See all these reviews: 7n in Kenya; 2n in Zanzibar

"Four Points by Sheraton review"

1 night Arrived 16 Jan 2022
"This is a very comfortable and convenient hotel just minutes from Nairobi’s international airport.

Our arriving flight came in late at night, and the ability quickly to have a comfortable room and utilize the services of their 24-hour restaurant was most welcome. We also chose to stay here the night before our departing flight in order to have a COVID test required by our home country, and the hotel’s proximity to the airport testing center again helped reduce the strain and stress of travel these days." "Four Points by Sheraton review"

1 night Arrived 9 Jan 2022
"This was a very brief overnight stay - about 5 hours.

Accommodation was more than adequate, staff were lovely, breakfast was OK but its outstanding attribute was that it was so close to the airport - a midnight dash across town would not have been welcome.

Highly recommend for this reason." See all these reviews: 14n in Kenya

"Four Points by Sheraton review"

1 night Arrived 8 Jan 2022
"As our flight from the UK was 4 hours late, we only had about 2 hours in the hotel before our early morning pick up at 05.30. However, what was really good about the hotel was the breakfast service started at 05.00 so we were able have a full breakfast before leaving.

We have stayed at this hotel before and spent more time there. It is comfortable to spend a night if you want to be close to the international airport." See all these reviews: 15n in Kenya

"Perfect Place after a long flight"

1 night Arrived 2 Jan 2022
"The Four Points by Sheraton is an Airport Hotel just 5 minutes away fron JKIA - perfect for the first night in Kenya after a long international flight and arrival at evening without a long lasting drive through unpredictable Nairobi traffic.

The room was nice and offered everything you would expect and need for one night before you start your safari!

We haven't had any activities - so we can't rate them" See all these reviews: 16n in Kenya

Good suggestion to stay close to the airport. It took a while to check in, but the interconnecting rooms were ideal for a family." See all these reviews: 10n in Kenya
