"We had a fantastic holiday.

The only very small hiccup was that when we arrived back at Wilson Airport Nairobi, there was nobody there to collect us to take us to the international airport for our flight home.

A nearby friendly taxi driver took us under his wing and called Southern Cross who clearly didn't have us in their system and eventually arrived 45 minutes late."

We were very sorry to hear about the delayed transfer in Nairobi and the impact this had on the trip. Expert Africa had booked and confirmed this transfer, but it was missed by our partners in Nairobi. It is exceptionally rare for these occurrences to happen, and we have checks in place to ensure that all goes as planned. We were very sorry to hear there was a miscommunication on this occasion.
