"this has to be about my best holiday experience ever, and I have been travelling the world for 25 years.

From the first call to EA I felt in "expert" hands. I will definitely use you again and recommend EA to friends. I am already planning the next trip! Oh, and I found your advisory leaflet really usefull too." Read full review: 9 nights in Africa; 6 on a Botswana safari

"Excellent honeymoon from Expert Africa"

I visited Botswana and 2 other countries between 28 Oct 2007 and 13 Nov 2007
"We were very happy with our honeymoon from Expert Africa. All the tinest details were attended to so that when we arrived in africa everyone knew where we were going and when to meet us/when our flights would be there extra. We enjoyed all of it.

From the first monent we spoke to Expert Africa we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and our requests were listened to - plus the advice we were given was excellent. It was welcoming to know that when we went to Linyanti camp someone from Expert Africa had also visited and had written very positive comments in the guest book!

Our only negative was that Bazzaruto Lodge had not been our first choice and that it was in fact the 3rd - but this was simply due to the cyclone earlier in the year and the booking availability. Other hotels were supposed to be closed however when in MZB we realised that some were open and wished we had re-considerd to make sure we were at the best option prior to coming - reason being we would have loved spa facilties for a 5 day relax but this was not meant to be." "It was an excellent, really well planned, balanced and interesting trip. We came back both stimulated and relaxed.

Your advice was very sound. We felt well looked after but also a little bit adventurous.

We have hundreds of digital photos to sort through!" Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 9 on a Botswana safari

"Gurney holiday"

I visited Botswana and 1 other country between 5 Oct 2007 and 21 Oct 2007
"An outstanding holiday with a lovely mix of different things. Very glad we went to Cape Town first. Stayed at Constantia Uitsig whoich was truly outstanding for food and comfort.

Victoria Falls was well worth seeing.

Botswana really was brilliant and I cannot recommend it more. Sandibe was the only disapointing part and not all their fault." Read full review: 16 nights in Africa; 7 on a Botswana safari

"A most enjoyable experience!"

I visited Botswana between 26 Sep 2007 and 15 Oct 2007
"Thank you for a memorable experience.

Just a couple sidebar comments - Bill and I really took to heart your brochure/manual's instructions and brought/bought all neutral clothing and packed in soft-sided duffle bags. We were pretty shocked that a good percentage of visitors wore bright clothing and brought suitcases with wheels! I was a little embarrassed for them (especially the Americans). Does this happen often?

We cannot thank you enough for our best trip yet! :-)

Up until this trip, I would've said that my trips to China/Japan and New Zealand were my favorite, but since this trip, I have told anyone who asks, that this is by far my most favorite trip I have ever taken. It was amazing. I went into this trip thinking that this would be a "once in a lifetime" experience. But now, Bill and I think that if we can afford it, we will DEFINITELY go back and if we could, we would go back multiple times (and also explore other parts of Africa).

As I mentioned in my review of Kwara, Chris certainly showed Bill and I why he wrote the Bradt Guide on Botswana. Chris could not have been more on par with planning our trip considering we planned it so late and there was not a whole lot to work with in terms of availability.

In hindsight, there are a couple things I would have done differently--

1) I would not have stayed 4 nights at Chitabe. I would've stayed either one more night at Kwara or Vumbura.

2) Vumbura would be the last camp, rather than second to last.

3) If it were possible (although, I did not see this occur nor do I know if one could do this), I would have requested a different guide at Duma Tau.

Overall, an excellent experience! The best trip we've ever taken!!! :-)" Read full review: 19 nights in Africa; 13 on a Botswana safari

"First Safari - 4 Camps. Would go back to 3"

I visited Botswana between 23 Sep 2007 and 3 Oct 2007
"First of all, many thanks for your help and all the arrangements you made for us. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone interested. For a photographer it was an extraordinary experience, I will be processing images for some time.

Altogether, our trip was wonderful - so much so that we are beginning to think of a repeat (if possible), perhaps in 2009. We would seek your advice sooner , we were told that a year ahaead is reasonable. We really liked L. Vumbura and the Kwando camps (thanks for suggesting them).

The time of the year seemed to be just right (although at Jao we were told that we missed the wildlife by 2 weeks)." Read full review: 10 nights in Africa; 10 on a Botswana safari
