"A lovely welcome to Namibia"

1 night Arrived 16 Sep 2018
"A lovely welcome.

Although not near the centre of town it was convenient for both airports. The room was very good, with the pool outside, although the air-conditioning unit over the bed dripped and at one point dropped ice on us!" See all these reviews: 14n in Namibia

"A very comfortable guest house and dinner"

1 night Arrived 27 Aug 2018
"Easy to find, and in a very peaceful suburb.

We were made very welcome with a comfortable and quiet room at the rear. We had dinner here which was excellent, with complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate our Golden Wedding - a much appreciated touch.

We would recommend this accommodation." See all these reviews: 16n in Namibia

"Galton House review"

1 night Arrived 10 Aug 2018
"Our overriding memory was that it was cold and draughty. However, the room was fine. Functional but all the facilities we needed, including air-conditioning which we used to warm up the room.

Being miles away from any restaurants, we had our evening meal at the B&B. Much was promised, but it was over-rated and over-priced. The vegetarian option was good, but the only alternative, meat option, was disappointing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, we wouldn't go back there. Not a patch on Olive Exclusive." See all these reviews: 17n in Namibia

"Galton House - great first night stop"

1 night Arrived 3 Aug 2018
"Perfect for first night stop. Out in a suburb, so not a very inspiring location. However, rooms were very clean and spacious (kids loved the free fudge too), with nice touches of hot water bottles at night.

Staff very friendly - especially the very lovely and helpful manager, although restaurant staff bit chaotic.

Exactly what we needed though to recover from a long flight before setting off on our adventures the next day." See all these reviews: 18n in Namibia
