"Luxury Tented Camp"
A couple of things, there is no lock on the tent door so when you leave you will leave knowing that someone could easily enter without a key if they wish however there is a security guy that wanders around and a safe for valuables (that uses a key rather than a code). I recommend just taking important things with you in the car to be extra safe. At night when you're asleep you can lock it from the inside although the place seemed quiet and safe, it's more of a comfort thing. The front gate isn't manned so you do have to get in and out of your car to open and close it when arriving and departing, which apart from being very slightly inconvenient, makes the gate a bit pointless.
The hostess was friendly and on our last night a huge outdoor buffet was laid out for everyone in a really beautiful setting. There are two other Mushara camps that i am aware of including, Villa Mushara and Mushara Outpost, which i think provide a little more comfort and luxury but Mushara Bush Camp is luxurious without the same price tag and so well worth it for those looking to save a little extra. One last thing - the wifi didn't work for me but it did for my friend, it seems they have a few issues with it." See all these reviews: 13n in Namibia

"Magnificent Mushara"
The dining experience was restaurant quality with delicious food brilliantly presented under a giant thatched roof. Staff were attentive and mealtimes were a pleasure.
Mushara is very close to Etosha's Von Lindequist Gate and we spent our day in the park. We saw Damara Dik-Dik from our veranda and the camp feels very much in the wild" See all these reviews: 14n in Namibia
"Great base for exploring Eastern Etosha"
Throughout our stay the service was good without being obtrusive or at all pretentious - overall it was just a very easy relaxing place to stay. One day we had lunch here and were entertained by a group of warthogs grazing on the lawn just in front of us.
We took a morning drive into Etosha from here, and the guide was very good. Even if you are self-driving it is nice to sometimes go in a guided vehicle - for example during this drive he showed us a leopard that we would not have spotted had we been in our own car.
We recommend Mushara as a great base for exploring the Eastern side of Etosha, this was one of the favourite places that we stayed at during our trip in Namibia." See all these reviews: 17n in Namibia

On the other hand, the food was excellent. And we really needed a place to sleep in that location after a long day driving in Etosha.
There were also some great birds in the garden." See all these reviews: 19n in Namibia; 4n in Botswana; 3n in Zimbabwe
The Mushara Bush Camp was build in 2009 and I can say from my side that our maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure is of a very high standard. We are continuously busy with upkeep and maintenance. We are sorry that the handle of the tap came loose in these guests tent - unfortunately these things do sometimes happen and we get them fixed as soon as possible. The visible rust was done on purpose - to give our door handles and other metal works a different look, we let them rust and then they get a clear layer of varnish - we are in an environment where no metal will rust of natural cause - it is to dry where we are situated - the rust is not a cause of lack of maintenance, but rather a way to create a certain look.
"Excellent for families with small children"
The proximity to Etosha Park was brilliant and allowed you to have a short or long day at the Park, depending on how the children felt. We made use of the pool every day and the children loved seeing the Warthogs that continuously wonder throughout the camp." See all these reviews: 6n in Namibia
