"This charming man"

1 night Arrived 11 Sep 2014
"We both liked this place very much !!! The rooms , location ,and facilities of villa violet are very good but you can get these things at a few places in Windhoek what you do not get at the other places are the two owners of villa violet
These people went out of there way to make sure we were O K We didn't fancy going out for a meal after such a long flight so they organised a fantastic dinner to be delivered while we relaxed in the garden with a beer excellent !!!!

P S the male half of this duo is French and my better half Susan says he is possibly the most charming man in Namibia ha ha" See all these reviews: 21n in Namibia; 3n in Botswana

"Villa Violet review"

1 night Arrived 6 Jul 2014
"A warm welcome and some good advice re restaurant choice and how to get there.

A high standard of accommodation and breakfast.

The owners were very helpful regarding a fax from the car hire co. and also in sending on a pair of shoes which had been accidentally left. We tried to text our thanks but to no avail. So thank you Ben and Heidi!" See all these reviews: 18n in Namibia; 2n in Zimbabwe

"Pleasant overnight stay"

1 night Arrived 25 Sep 2013
"The room we were allocated was very small with a tiny bathroom, but sufficed for one night.

The breakfast was very good and the host/hostess friendly

Would consider alternatives if the stay was to be longer than 1 night" See all these reviews: 11n in Namibia

"Villa Violet was satisfactory"

1 night Arrived 25 Sep 2013
"The accommodation was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was rather cramped - there is no vanity slab so minimal space to put necessary toiletries.

Breakfast was average and our party was encouraged to all have scrambled eggs to minimize the effort.

The breakfast room / lounge and honesty bar facility were appreciated." See all these reviews: 11n in Namibia
