"Good accommodation, good guide, good food, great all-round experience. Smoking area on veranda should be restricted - we found it a bit off-putting.

Ernst made our trip a wonderful experience - he is not only an extremely skillful driver of his very comfortable land rover, but also a great observer of nature, being extremely knowledgeable and able to spot and explain the tiniest of the many interesting things encountered on the visit. He provided a simple but absolutely delicious and well presented lunch in the middle of nowhere.

"We enjoyed a good walk in a desolate part of the world and a great hunt per land rover to track down and finally sight the desert elephants.
We also had a rewarding and interesting time viewing the Bushmen engravings at Twyfelfontein - which we did ourselves - we considered the tour cost to be too expensive.
As it happens, the World Heritage sight provides an excellent guide guide in any case.
The main facility is well located with excellent views from a beautifully shaded veranda"

"Bar service in the restaurant is poor - the logistics of the buffet meals is bad ( clashing queues of people, dishes in an illogical order, etc). Kettle on the floor in the chalet ( cord too short). Public toilet was smelly.
It is a great place with the waterhole providing great game viewing, but the attention to detail needs to be improved - it takes the edge off of what could have otherwise been rated as excellent.
Bathroom in the downstairs suite is a bit too small - a sliding door would improve matters."

"The lounge and viewing decks are beautiful although there was not much game to view.
The dinner and breakfast were very good - beautifully presented.

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was rather cramped - there is no vanity slab so minimal space to put necessary toiletries.
Breakfast was average and our party was encouraged to all have scrambled eggs to minimize the effort.
The breakfast room / lounge and honesty bar facility were appreciated."
