It is slightly staged but a very large area and great to bumble around for a night drive and an early morning one to.

It was quite busy but run very smoothly to handle the different needs of the visitors. They have a number of guided walks. We did 2 of them - very well marked and quite challenging on rocky terrain. We loved this.
The rooms where such that you could enjoy the wildlife feeding and passing by on the way to the waterhole from your veranda. A very relaxing atmoshpere.

The camp was the largest of the lodges / camps we stayed in in Namibia and has the feeling more of a hotel than a lodge therefore with a less personal service.
The main area is very comfortable with a view over a busy watering hole. It has a nice pool area, the food was very good and the staff were very helpful.
We stayed in a Classic Room which was large and comfortable but a bit tired.

The food was excellent - but the service was extremely slow - half an hour at least between start and main course. We had been forgotten as the last table for two was a little distance from the main dining area.
We enjoyed the self guided 5k Giraffe walking trail very much. We did our first night drive - but wouldn't consider doing another as it seemed so intrusive on resting giraffe and antelope etc.

The food is always splendid and didn't disappoint. We only had time for one night but two would be preferable then you have time to see a wider range of animals.
