South Africa more relaxed but Babylostoren disappointing.

Your directions on the paperwork were inaccurate and confusing. We needed to use the GPS coordinates. These could be improved.
Drive times were underestimated, bearing in mind road conditions."

Upon discussing their experiences further with them, we’re delighted that overall these travellers had a fantastic time in Namibia. They enjoyed an incredible sighting of four black rhinos while tracking on foot, and they particularly enjoyed the warm hospitality at Doro Nawas. This year, Namibia has had exceptional rainfall - a joy for the locals but something that does impact travel. Consequently, the distances and road conditions were tiring at times. Through speaking with these travellers we’ve gained a full understanding of where we can improve our advice and documentation to help future visitors to Namibia during the green season.

Hotel felt an add on to the many day visitors. Felt very commercial.
Pool dirty and parts broken.
Room outdoor space small and dirty.
Some staff didn’t seem to know basic information.
No access to Dr which I needed - had to drive into town and look for one."
