Get another car-hire firm or make it clear that they must deliver what is promised and payed for - we got only one spare wheel though payed for two.

"A memorable, wonderful trip"
We would certainly use them again but not use any Budget vehicles. Fortunately we had two experienced 4 x 4 drivers with us otherwise we are not sure what we would have done being stranded at the airport in Walvis Bay. "My Jan 2012 trip"
It seemed expensive when we booked it, but worth it when you consider the benefits of an individual trip & how well looked after you are.

Currency - can't remember if you advised it or I read it somewhere but took all my Rand/Namibian $'s in 100 notes, fellow travellers sometimes had difficulty using 200 notes. Likewise in Vic Falls, cash machines empty, hotel credit card machine not working. fortunately being prepaid didn't affect us, but no one could give change for ea $10 note if you bought a coke, so essential you take lots of small notes.

Please remind travelers that when they are traveling within Etosha National Park that they will have to pay th70 Namibian dollar fee each day that they are in the Park...not just once.
