"Ensure that the flaps are done up tight!"
The staff bought out a birthday cake for a guest and entertained us all with their singing-very talented.
vegetarians; a nice meal the first night and they catered for us on the second night when there was a BBQ. The tables were laid out in a clearing and the area looked good with lanterns on all the tables.
The first night was very cold and windy and I could feel the draughts coming into the tent. All the canvas flaps were making a tremendous noise in the wind and I thought that the tent would disappear over our heads!
There is a mesh window on the wall of the shower and I decided it was too cold to go in there! The second night was less windy and we went around the outside of the tent to ensure that the flaps that we could reach were zipped up tight.
I appreciate that the wild life can't be controlled but the ants were everywhere-including in the shower. Don't take any food into the tent.
We enjoyed the game drive that we took into Etosha from the camp and had a very beautiful sun set behind us as we returned to the camp." See all these reviews: 13n in Namibia

The site was beautifully lit and the staff could not have been more helpful. The food was excellent with a barbecue set up outside the second night. really convenient to go back into the east side of Etosha" See all these reviews: 11n in Namibia

Hot water bottles in bed by the time we arrived back from dinner- what a treat ! Would be fine if using as a base to visit Etosha but otherwise is probably a one-night stopover place." See all these reviews: 7n in Namibia; 2n in Botswana; 2n in Zimbabwe
"Real bush experience."
We were allocated Tent 13, which was a LONG walk back to reception! However it was right out in the bush and very private, so it had its advantages! Animals were around the tent during the night (hope they were deer!).
Meal outside round fire on night one (chilly)
Meal inside on night two (much warmer)
Very helpful staff." See all these reviews: 19n in Namibia
"Beautiful and restful spot"
One quibble - there was a powerful smell of sewage as we walked to our rooms - and we even had wafts of it in the dining room when we were eating. But it shows what a fabulous place this was that we still absolutely adored it here and didn't want to leave." See all these reviews: 12n in Namibia

The staff sang and danced and presented a cake to my husband as it was it was his 50th birthday and this made for a truly memorable evening.
Fabulous varied gift shop too!" See all these reviews: 12n in Namibia; 2n in Botswana
"Relaxed camp just outside of Etosha"
Only minus was that our tent was pretty noisy because of the wind that got under part of the roof.
Friendly and helpful atmosphere. Food was excellent, the singing and dancing of the staff (they do it every other night) was marvellous!" See all these reviews: 16n in Namibia
