"Kicheche Bush Camp review"
Our time felt so short because we packed so much in, in the three days there.
I loved the tents. They were large with comfy beds and linens. The one thing I would change is have lounge chairs inside the tent that I can actually sit upright in...the ones they had were angled back to recline and you couldn't adjust them. The bathrobes fit. I am not a large person but the robes at Tanguila were for size teeny tiny people. The robes at Kicheche were super soft and fit well." See all these reviews: 12n in Kenya

"Kicheche Bush Camp review"
Superb service, superb guiding, huge excellent tents and gourmet food! Didi and his staff were great fun, attentive helpful and above all interesting. Our guide Charles looked after us so well and it was very useful that he had an excellent knowledge of the birds as well as the animals. We had close encounters with leopard and cub, lion, cheetah with its topi kill. and serval with two kittens.
Charles' special ability was to get the vehicle into the best position for photos, even if there were other vehicles around, and to pre-empt the movement of the animals. He was mightily skilful! Again rain affected but a brilliant end to our trip." See all these reviews: 10n in Kenya

"Kicheche Bush Camp review"
Bush Camp is run by the same people as Mara Camp so the setup is very similar at both camps.
At Bush we were greeted with singing and dancing by the staff. And as with Sarara and Mara Camps, the staff all new us by name as we exited our jeeps.
Our tent was very large, king bed, chairs, desk, patio area was tented in but had a huge window. And as with Mara, they put hot water bottles in our bed at night.
Engaging staff. Meals were amazing. Laundry very efficient. Gift shop with reasonable prices.
Game drives: Cheetah and cub, Elies, Lions, Zebra, Eland, Toki, Spotted Hyena, Vultures. We got word of a Lion kill one morning so we headed out a bit early. We had to wait in line to get up to where the kill was. 2 pride of Lioness had taken down a Zebra, and they and their cubs (of varying ages but not wee, little ones) were eating their fill. Waiting in the wings for their chance to eat were many spotted Hyena, Vultures, and way up on a hillside, a male Lion who was NOT part of either pride. He eventually was able to come down and eat on what was left. We also witnessed the same 2 pride of Lioness and their cubs watering at a stream a few hours later.
Kicheche Bush would def be our list to visit, again, should we take another safari trip." See all these reviews: 13n in Kenya

The staff at all the camps were wonderful but we found the Bush Camp staff led by Sharon the best.
Excellent guides and good accommodation." See all these reviews: 15n in Kenya

"Kicheche Bush Camp review"
More convenient to game drives than the Serengetti with better roads and shorter grass throughout. The freedom to go off-road because it was a conservancy also significantly enhanced the accessibility of the animals.
The guide was great at finding fairly large groups of animals such as elephants and hippos. The experience of eating breakfast in a lush valley surrounded by 20+ elephants was magical.
We did get stuck twice but other cars were there in only a few minutes to rescue us." See all these reviews: 7n in Tanzania; 7n in Kenya
