"6 sitings of leopards - great start!"

3 nights Arrived 20 Nov 2007
"A lovely lodge but more importantly great staff who made our stay a thoroughly enjoyable one. We were given our own valet who saw to our every need - what a luxury to be spoilt in this way.

There's nothing like being thrown in the deep end when out in the bush and this camp had many surprises. We were entertained and surrounded by wildlife: bats, baboons, vervet monkeys!

Game viewing was excellent - we saw 6 leopards in one day, 3 of which were a mother and her 2 cubs. How adorable!

Food was an excellent standard, I'm sure this was where all the pounds stated to pile on!!! Beautiful setting for all our meals too. A great start to our 3-centre stay in Botswana." See all these reviews: 9n in Botswana; 3n in Zambia

"Great game viewing at Sandibe"

2 nights Arrived 16 Nov 2007
"The game was plentiful and our guide, Katembo, was excellent.

The rooms were nice but very dark.

In the dining area in the day time there was a big problem with Vervet monkeys, stealing food and being quite aggressive." See all these reviews: 13n in Botswana; 7n in Zanzibar; 3n in Zambia

"Sandibe Safari Lodge review"

3 nights Arrived 14 Oct 2007
"Lodge itself seemed tired but staff did their best to help

Situation not helped by a south african guide stepping in and literally ruining everyone's day so had to switch guides - his behaviour was completely unacceptable not least to our guide and tracker.

Food was pretty bad but we had been spoilt elsewhere.

Would rather have gone elsewhere." See all these reviews: 7n in Botswana; 2n in Zambia

"Sandibe Safari Lodge review"

3 nights Arrived 13 Oct 2007
"The location and camp itself were marvellous but there wasn't the same personal attention or information given or facilitation of socialising with all the rest of the guests as at other camps which was a pity. It was generally less friendly and relaxed in the camp.

However the wildlife viewing was very good. As the driving generally was less vigorously off-road than at Lagoon the animals seemed a bit less easily scared by the vehicles.

The electric boat trip we went on was very dull and restricted and I would have opted out of it if I had known more in advance. Apparently mokoro trips were in theory available but had been pre-booked by other groups.

Seeing elephants baboons and vervet monkeys in camp was very special." See all these reviews: 9n in Botswana; 3n in Zambia

"What a fantastic camp, very impressed"

2 nights Arrived 11 Sep 2007
"This was the first sarari camp we had experienced and therefore had no other facilities to judge it by.

Having arrived after a long trip the welcome was superb from the people to the facilities and getting straight out on a game drive. The evening meal sat outside was most enjoyable." See all these reviews: 5n in Botswana
