I would like to see the website/brochure with a bit more information on pricing- at least guideline prices. Also information on special offers eg "stay 4-pay 3". "My experience with Expert Africa was completely positive. Everything on the trip happened on-time and as-promised. The camps and hotels that I used were likewise accurately represented in every way, so there were again no surprises. The communication in planning the trip was really excellent and extremely helpful. I would recommend Expert Africa to any traveller to Tanzania.

I chose to make my trip early in the season (arriving around June1). I knew that the game viewing would potentially be better later in the season when more of the water sources had dried up, but wanted to travel before the dry season became too advanced and everything really dried out. My assessment proved correct, but I have no real regrets about the timing of my trip.

However, most of the camps were just opening, with various "start-up" issues (changing staff, finding where the animals were hanging out, etc.) and animals would likely have been better acclimated to the vehicles in another week or so. "The trip was exactly what we were looking for.

We wanted to go to Tanzania where we had never been before because of the rainy seasons. It was difficult to find a good destination in january/february.
Claire was a good help and after some phonecalls, with the brochure on both sides of the telephone (Holland-England) we made a wonderful itinerary together.

Maybe next time we could combine the Southern part of the Serengeti with Selous at this time of the year.

Filling in the feedbackform is very time-consuming because we are invited to give "real" feedback, which goes back to the camps and on the internet. (and English is not my home-language)

"No criticism of the tour - just that I needed to complete some work that, beyond my control, extended into my holiday time, and ate up alot of the benefit I would have otherwise have had from the trip. But it was a great counterbalance to the nonsense that came my way by email. just that it rendered the really fabulous places I stayed and experiences slightly tarnished.

I would actually like to go again, just to work that clouding out of my mind.....

"Once again we have had a great trip to Africa. We knew that Beho Beho and Oyster Bay would be incredible and they didn't disappoint. Sand Rivers was good and we enjoyed seeing a different part of the Selous.

Our only problem, which was quite beyond your control, were the biting insects that had appeared after the 2 days of rain in the Selous before we arrived!

I would like to thank Ellie for all her help - as usual there were so many e mails between us and she was just so efficient and patient in answering and then organising our trip.

We have used Expert Africa for several years now and always find your staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We have never had any problems with arrangements - drivers always there to collect us etc.

We have told many people to contact you and just wish that other travel companies could be like you.

"Great trip - good time to see birds in breeding plumage but not the best time for animals - we had 3/4 wet days in Ruaha. We had been warned about this by Expert Africa so was not a problem

All the pick ups and itinerary arrangement worked like clockwork - which is quite an achievement in Africa

"Overall good trip.

Expert Africa provided excellent seemless and timely pickup and drop-off services from the moment we landed in Africa. With this service, my daughter and I felt very safe; and it also made the trip that much more fun. Eleanor Dunkels did a great job from the time of preparation, advising us what to bring with us and where to go, catering to our requirements.
