"This is truly a 5 star hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the terrace backing onto the pool was superb for drinks.

"Good hotel. The only issue was that the room had not been properly made up, i.e. previous linen was still in the room, even after they turned the sheets down."

"Luxurious hotel in centre of Kigali. Pity we only had 10 hours there (check in 5 pm, check out 3:30 am!)

"Had to cancel due to Rwandair stuff-up!"

"We never got to stay at the Kigali Serena Hotel as Rwandair Express cancelled our flight and rescheduled it to the following day - which was annoying especially as they didn't even notify us of the change.

"1 night at the Kigali Serena"

"We had a very brief stay at the Serena. We recived a warm welcome with towels and drinks. Our room was excellent. We had a small supper at the coffee shop that was very good. We had a 5:00 am pick up for an eary flight.
The hotel provided a delicious breakfast in our room at 4:30am. Unfortunately, at 5:15 our driver had not appeared. The front desk staff was very helpful in attempting to track him down and arranged for a taxi ride to airport for us. Our driver did appear at the airport, eventually."
