"Very short stop over before our flight the next morning. Didn't really use the facilities. Lovely pool and bar area, food excellent and fairly priced. Rooms comfortable however air conditioning a bit noisy. 10-15 minute drive from the airport.

"Good city centre hotel though it took a while for the newly upgraded air-conditioning to kick in properly.

"Our first (outbound) stay was in an upgraded room, it was a very nice stay. Dinner was excellent and service was good. On our return stay, everything was the opposite- we had a tiny, cramped room, poor service and a poor dinner. When we asked about the differences in the room, we were told we had been upgraded earlier without being told and that this was the proper, reserved room. If so, I would not recommend this hotel."

"Spent another single night here on the way home from Volcanoes National Park.

They upgraded us to an executive room on the 5th floor, which was spacious and luxurious.
