The room was good, however, some of the power points did not work and we were unable to book into one of the hotel restaurant of our choice on one night, even though we were guests.
At breakfast, we ordered eggs with mushroom and tomatoes. The latter were both served cold as we hadn't asked for them to be heated. Most strange !" See all these reviews: 15n in Namibia

All the rest was terrible, bathroom water without pressure. The water is very difficult to put on the right temperature. All the hotel and especially the restaurant (breakfast one) was simply cold (we need to be inside the restaurant with polar clothes). The manager of the restaurant was very unpolite and to get any information about the country is impossible.
Simply horrible.

We stayed in the Luxury room sea facing, it was very comfortable and well appointed, only criticism was sea view was mainly of the car park.

The oysters in the Ocean Cellar restaurant was delicious!
They have a vehicle available for guests for drop off/pick ups around Swakopmund - free of charge, just have to tip the driver - and we used it quite a bit, especially as we wanted to visit a micro brewery as well as a small gin distillery slightly out of town (Namib dunes brewery https://namibdunes.business.site/ and Stillhouse Gin http://www.stillhouseatlantic.com/ )" See all these reviews: 11n in Namibia
