"The greeting was great and the accommodation was outstanding.

We enjoyed the game drive, meeting the owners and the food was first class."

"Very, very long drive to get there from Otjimbondona - 9 hours, mostly on awful roads. Didn't get there until it was almost dark. Access road was appalling.

Breakfast and lunch were good but evening meals were disappointing - food was luke- warm and one evening they forgot Julia's food and commented that "well. you don't eat much anyway". They managed to put something together but it was cold. Our understanding is that the food was cooked at the main camp and transferred by jeep on a 15 minute journey.

The camp was in a beautiful setting and the drives and guide (Tabitha) were superb."

"The Strand Hotel had rather a corporate feel to it. There was actually a business conference taking place there during our brief stay.

The room was good, however, some of the power points did not work and we were unable to book into one of the hotel restaurant of our choice on one night, even though we were guests.

At breakfast, we ordered eggs with mushroom and tomatoes. The latter were both served cold as we hadn't asked for them to be heated. Most strange !"

"Lovely camp and we really appreciated having the Luxury Suite, which was a nice surprise.

Food was excellent and our guide, Rosie, was outstanding. She even has a herd of Desert Elephants named after her !

Only drawback was the terrible gravel road, D2612, off the C35 to get to the camp. It was totally unsuitable for an SUV. We'd have been better off taking a long detour and staying on the C35. Future gests should be warned of this."

"Anderssons is a great place to stay. Very close to the entrance to Etosha NP. We saw lots of animals in Ongava, including lions.

Stanley, our guide was excellent and Benedikta was a most friendly and smiling hostess."

"Warm welcome on arrival. Accommodation and food were great.

We did 2 Sundowners, which were both good although the number of wildlife sightings was poor.

We did a morning game drive into Etosha which was outstanding."
