"Great Holiday"
The only two negative opinions on accommodation has been on the most expensive places, that were actually picked up as second-third choices: we understood that brochures/websites only tell so little of a place in Africa - quality of service does matter a lot, our only change to our trip would be focus more on that when choosing lodges." "Namibia 2011"
Would love to go again but there might not be as much pampering next time! This year was a special holiday so we splashed out a bit but now we've been once we wouldn't mind a bit of camping another time. The campsites we came across all seemed very safe and well equipped. And the beer was good too!

"Our holiday in Namibia"
For us, the distances were easy to drive but made for quite long days. Also, we would have liked to meet a few more local people to hear about the country and their experience first hand.

"Satisfactory vist to Namibia"
The Toyota Corolla was very satisfactory for this trip, comfortable and economical for three people. A 4wd would have been very nice but probably not worth the extra cost. There were many more 4wd vehicles on the roads than cars however." Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 12 on a Namibia trip
"Best holiday - trip of a lifetime"
The country was so beautiful in so many different ways. Going in winter we saw arid desert, red dunes and flowers everywhere. It was truly breathtaking.
The people are quite reserved but really helpful. All the accomodation and facilities wherever you went were very stylist and spotless.
The driving was a challenge; hard work in some areas, and the distances vast.
We will never forget it.
