1937 Suites

With the wing built in the year 1937, the historic and stunning 8 suites, with an amazing courtyard view with patio are a favorite. With 2008 renovated plush, deep velour carpeting, spacious 3- piece bathroom, all suites include HSIA, in room digital safe, reading desk and luggage rack.

Deluxe Rooms

The room features a lavish king or twin beds, refreshment center, tea and coffee facilities, bedside lamps, 32' TV, hairdryer, digital & cordless phone, iron & ironing board, safe and reading desk and multimedia panels.

The rooms have a 3 or 4 piece bathroom with 115/240v shaving socket, rain shower, flush toilet and wash basin. Bathroom amenities include: shampoo, body lotion, bath and shower gel, bathrobes and 2 bottles of 500ml complimentary water daily.

The Fairmont Rooms have beautifully appointed décor that give them a warm and inviting feel. Some of the features in the room include: Refreshment Center, tea and coffee facilities, bedside lamps, 32' TV, hairdryer, digital & cordless phone, iron & ironing board, safe and reading desk. The bathroom is three pieces with 115/240v shaving socket, rain shower, flush toilet and wash basin. Karura Suites

These only two of a kind suites are located in the historic Karura wing and aptly named after Sarah and Abraham Block who are part of the founders of our105 year old hotel. With a breathtaking elevated view of the courtyard, the two suites boast of very large terraces. With a separate sitting lounge from the bedroom the suite offers HSIA, in room digital safe 32” flat screen televisions for comfort. The 2008 renovated suites have a plush unmistakable finish, queen beds and spacious 4-piece bathroom.

Signature Suites

The lavish 9 signature suites are very spacious luxuriously furnished accommodations with plush carpeting and deep velour upholstered furniture. They offer one King bed, HSIA, a large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower stall, a separate sitting room and a separate changing room.

They also have an in-room safe and trouser press, and in addition to the regular bathroom The suites also offer cotton balls and weight scales. Each individual suite carries with it a characteristic Kenyan historic significance, as they are each themed from influential makers in colonial Kenya.
