"Hotel Verde review"

1 night Arrived 29 Oct 2024
"We only stayed overnight but comfortable interconnecting rooms, helpful reception staff and very efficient shuttle to the airport.
The only slight difficulty was finding the pick up point at the airport as it was signposted in opposite directions at the same time!" See all these reviews: 12n in South Africa

1 night Arrived 24 Oct 2022
"our flight was a bit late so arrived at midnight and had to be up for the first shuttle at 0400. Room was clean and shuttle was prompt.

It would have been helpful to know that we had to walk through the Cape Town airport to the shuttle area to pick up the hotel verde shuttle. We sorted it out though so no big problem" See all these reviews: 16n in South Africa

"Wonderful surprise!"

1 night Arrived 15 Sep 2017
"As we would only be staying here one night, we did not expect too much as the Hotel is on the airport and is used often for a transitory stay. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was easy to find, the staff were superbly helpful and the communal areas were beautiful; spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming.

Our room was on the third floor with a wet room shower actually in the room, which was very clean. The bed was really comfortable with good pillows. The carpet was rather worn and a little grubby but this was not surprising given the amount of use.

We ate in the restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast the next morning and the food was superb.

Certainly happy to recommend this hotel and we loved their 'eco-friendy' ethos." See all these reviews: 10n in South Africa; 3n in Zimbabwe; 2n in Botswana

"Hotel Verde review"

1 night Arrived 9 Aug 2015
"Although positioned on the outskirts of an airport industrial complex, transportation to and from the airport was very good. As was the free shuttle service into the V and A tourist centre.

Their Eco Pholosphy was admirable and the standard of accommodation was high. Aircraft noise was minimal" See all these reviews: 9n in Zambia; 1n in South Africa

"Hotel Verde Review"

1 night Arrived 21 Apr 2015
"Although it was only a transit hotel for us, and we didn't arrive until 6pm, very nice hotel, and great food ( a real surprise near the airport and so reasonable). Staff very nice, garden and pool lovely although we didn't have a chance to use it. Great shower with plenty of towels.

We didn't have breakfast due to our early start but there was coffee and continental breakfast available from 4am. The shuttle system worked perfectly." See all these reviews: 7n in Zimbabwe; 5n in South Africa
