"My Jun 2015 trip"

I visited Kenya between 14 Jun 2015 and 22 Jun 2015
"Kicheche camp was extremely well run with great service and management. Rekero was quiet, and a wonderful unique experience, but clearly management is going through a transition. This is understandable. Walks at Naboisho camp were fantastic, as was the wildlife there. Service was decent but not up to standards of the other camps. Transfer on the final day in Nairobi with Southern Cross was a disappointment and uncomfortable since the two guys took us to the mechanic to switch vehicles, stopped at an unsolicited tourist shop, got lost, and were nowhere to be found after dinner, requiring us to search the hotel to find them and tell them we were ready to go to the airport." "My Nov 2014 trip"

I visited Kenya between 23 Nov 2014 and 6 Dec 2014
"Overall the trip was a joy from initial planning to our return home.

I was first attracted to the EA web site by the concrete, hands-on reviews. Richard patiently answered our questions and dealt with our changing plans as we coordinated with friends working in Kenya. Once in country all our reservations, transfers and stays went smoothly except for one minor payment problem. The camps we visited were accurately rated and described on the EA site.

Although we arranged the Zanzibar portion of our trip on our own, James D. gave us good advice on our options there." Read full review: 13 nights in Africa; 7 on a Kenya safari

"Big Adventure"

I visited Kenya between 6 Sep 2014 and 12 Sep 2014
"Excellent. It was an intense experience that really did exceed our expectations; it was just like the documentaries and films that you have seen over the years. We saw everything we hoped to... and animals and birds that we never knew existed.

I'd like to mention our transfer driver, John, who looked after us between the 2 Nairobi airports. He took great pride in looking after us at all times as we asked to be taken on quite a few detours and his friendly attitude and "mother hen" nature really put us at our ease in what for us was a very different environment from anything we'd experienced before.

For the entire holiday it was strange, but good, to be able to mentally sit back and be completely managed by others, leaving us to enjoy the moment without having to worry about how to achieve the next steps." Read full review: 6 nights in Africa; 4 on a Kenya safari

"Exceelent. A wonderful trip"

I visited Kenya between 16 Jul 2014 and 23 Jul 2014
"We had an excellent trip.

Timing was just about right--ie a week.

The Base camp Mara camp could have been better but it was only one night and set the other two camps up." Read full review: 7 nights in Africa; 7 on a Kenya safari

"My Jul 2013 trip"

I visited Kenya between 2 Jul 2013 and 15 Jul 2013
"The overall trip was excellent with the Rekero and Naboisho camps being the highlight. Ellie from Expert Africa was very responsive and helpful and she was good at identifying the type of holiday we wanted from our emails and telephone conversations.

Expert Africa provide lots of advance information and contact numbers in case of emergency but there were no problems at all with the trip organisation. I have already recommended using the company to several friends" Read full review: 13 nights in Africa; 13 on a Kenya safari
