"My Mar 2018 trip"

I visited Kenya between 1 Mar 2018 and 12 Mar 2018
"The trip was truly wonderful and I hope to return to Kenya one day.

I have traveled extensively in Africa, but this was my first trip to Kenya. It is a totally different experience and I attribute the success to our wonderful guides at each camp.

The animal life is astonishing as is the bird life.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

One suggestion: provide more detail about applying for the e-visa...advise people that they need to log onto the site after several days to get the visa.

This is not very clear on the Kenyan site." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 11 on a Kenya safari

"Loved every minute"

I visited Kenya between 14 Feb 2018 and 23 Feb 2018
"This was a well thought out combination of experiences in a country I like and have visited many times over the decades. Sarara and Kicheche Mara were very different in style and location, each with their own pluses, and the Emakoko an excellent surprise at the end. Richard seems to intuitively know what I will like, which is a pretty impressive skill." Read full review: 9 nights in Africa; 9 on a Kenya safari

"February 18 Kicheche safari"

I visited Kenya between 14 Feb 2018 and 28 Feb 2018
"Kicheche camps, managers, chefs and guides are fantastic. The whole setup is excellent and I will be back. Outstanding safari experience with wonderful wildlife.

Inevitably you meet other like-minded enthusiasts who are convivial and also enjoy the safari experience.

Expert Africa make the booking process easy and efficient and the arrangements always work seamlessly. I speak to travellers who use other consultants but I always recommend Expert Africa and I would not dream of asking anyone else to arrange my trips.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

The information you supply is always accurate and informative. It helps that the EE team visit all the camps they recommend. Everyone at Expert Africa is knowledgeable, informative and friendly. I can't think how you could improve on what you already do." Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 12 on a Kenya safari

"Amazing"

I visited Kenya between 31 Jan 2018 and 13 Feb 2018
"This was our first trip with Expert Africa and to Africa.

We probably did not know exactly what to expect. We would do some things differently if we were to return to Kenya. The game drives were amazing and all the guides were terrific.

Also, visiting a village while at Saruni Sambur , a school and the Maa Trust while at Nabisco was terrific. Horse back riding and climbing up to Pride Rock at Borana were unique and fun experiences.

Our last day in Nairobi, with a wonderful guide, was great. We had a lovely lunch and visited the Giraffe Center and the David Sheldrick Elephant Refuge. Meeting our Emoli, the elephant we adopted was truly a highlight." Read full review: 13 nights in Africa; 13 on a Kenya safari

I visited Kenya between 27 Jan 2018 and 11 Feb 2018
"This was a wonderful safari, with smooth connections, the right kind of lodges and camps that met all of our needs, top-notch guiding, and plenty of wildlife (including a number of first-time sightings for us, as this was our first safari to East Africa)." "Our dream holiday"

I visited Kenya between 3 Jan 2018 and 14 Jan 2018
"I think we've pretty much said it all in our previous comments. It was a perfect trip. Richard's knowledge of Kenya is unparalleled. He persuaded us to shape our trip to fit what we didn't even know we wanted. Great advice and in the planning he explained clearly how to view the trip, what we should expect and how it would pan out, without remotely spoiling the sense of discovery and surprise. In retrospect the only thing to have changed was probably to have spent a night in the city of Nairobi and one less day on the beach. Just because I love seeing cities at night. We did get a bit of that since our flight was very late in the evening as it happened. An extraordinary experience, we are indebted to you Richard and we will return to Kenya as soon as we can. Expert Africa are aptly named. Thanks to all who made it happen." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 11 on a Kenya safari
