"My Jan 2025 trip"

I visited Kenya between 9 Jan 2025 and 27 Jan 2025
"It was a fantastic trip overall and the itinerary for birding was amazing - we saw so many species.

We had great guiding, especially at Kifaru and Tortillis and were lucky enough to get a private vehicle at both. At Elsa’s we shared a vehicle with 2 charming like-minded people so that was great too. All of our dietary needs and other preferences had clearly been communicated and management everywhere could not have done more to accommodate us. Really impressed with Elewana and would recommend them to anyone. All of the transfers were seamless except going from Air Kenya to Safarilink at Wilson.

Not sure if I had to do it again whether I would drive from Amboseli through East Tsavo with a one night stop. It was a long, hot, uncomfortable drive on a container route for the most part, we didn’t see much of Tsavo, and from Satao to the coast was full of day-trippers and their crazy drivers. However, I did get some great birds so…

Not really…everything was great. I love your website and refer people to it all the time." Read full review: 18 nights in Africa; 17 on a Kenya safari

"My Dec 2024 trip"

I visited Kenya between 28 Dec 2024 and 6 Jan 2025
"It was wonderful, I've wanted to go on a safari all of my life and the trip exceeded even my incredibly high expectations!

I'm so grateful for all of the help and support I had from Parita in planning this trip. Her recommendations were perfect and we had the holiday of a lifetime.

The only problem is that this was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip but we all just want to go back next year!" Read full review: 9 nights in Africa; 6 on a Kenya safari

"Great way to see Africa"

I visited Kenya between 8 Nov 2024 and 20 Nov 2024
"This was really our first experience with what I would call luxury travel, and now we know how wonderful it is to have every detail planned, organized and executed perfectly.

The camps that we chose with great advice and suggestions suited us so well, and we loved that the 2 camps we visited were so different from each other. It was a treat to be met at the airport, then have all the other transfers line up with no stress for us at all.

We especially appreciated Jessica's great effort to save us extra expense when our son had to cancel his trip with us due to health issues.

We could not have been more pleased with the services of Expert Africa!" Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 9 on a Kenya safari

"My Oct 2024 trip"

I visited Kenya between 25 Oct 2024 and 11 Nov 2024
"We have made lifetime memories on this trip, thanks to invaluable help and guidance received from Expert Africa, and more specifically, from their travel consultant Parita Masani. All questions -and we had a lot of them -were answered promptly and thoroughly. A couple of unforeseen changes were also quickly addressed.

Once the itinerary was determined and confirmations were in place, the only thing we needed to do was arrange for tickets, insurance and visas.

We had proper teams waiting for us everywhere we went; thanks to detailed coordination and Quality Assurances that must be happening behind the scenes. People/teams waiting for us at every step of the way were warm and flexible." Read full review: 17 nights in Africa; 10 on a Kenya safari

"Our 40th bday trip"

I visited Kenya between 24 Oct 2024 and 3 Nov 2024
"This was a spectacular trip.

We were impressed by everything from the moment we started communicating with Expert Africa, our travel planner Jessica was attentive to our likes/wants/needs and made sure our trip came together wonderfully even though it was a little bit last minute. There were wonderful unexpected details like mailing us a Kenya guide and luggage tags that added to the delight and anticipation.

The trip itself flowed seamlessly and we didn't have to think about any logistics, we could just enjoy the experience. The places we visited were gorgeous, and we were blown away by the service and facilities at our safari lodge and the beauty of Diani beach.

We were also pleasantly surprised at how good the food was throughout the trip, as this was not something we had high expectations of. We got to do exactly what we'd asked for: enjoy nature, eat well, stay in small hotels, spend almost all our time outside, see lots of animals, and rest by the beach at the end.

This was hands down the best trip we've been on (this is saying a lot because we're big travellers and have high standards) and we've been raving about it since we returned.

Thank you!" Read full review: 10 nights in Africa; 8 on a Kenya safari

"My Oct 2024 trip"

I visited Kenya between 23 Oct 2024 and 31 Oct 2024
"We booked this trip to Laikipia with the aim of searching for the Black Leopard. We had previously experienced disappointment in India - a whole week in Nagarahole with only one very distant and unclear sighting and then an unfortunate non-sighting in Tadoba. So we were prepared for frustration, particularly when told on arrival that no black leopard had been seen for 3 days. So when we managed SEVEN sightings of Giza the enigmatic Black Leopard, 3 of which we were first to find, you can imagine our elation. All these sightings were wonderful. Giza was active, relaxed - or at least untroubled by our presence - and happy to give us many excellent photographic opportunities.
The whole trip was a great success in fact, with many other interesting wildlife encounters and several ‘firsts’. Everything went very well, including the light aircraft transfers." Read full review: 8 nights in Africa; 7 on a Kenya safari

"My Oct 2024 trip"

I visited Kenya between 4 Oct 2024 and 20 Oct 2024
"Extremely well organized. Everything ran smoothly. Great locations and overall amazing camps. Only small criticism would be that food is all “western” orientated and camps often had a colonial feel which can jar somewhat.
Having said that, this was the trip of a lifetime. Thoroughly recommend." Read full review: 16 nights in Africa; 16 on a Kenya safari
