"Trip of a lifetime"

I visited Namibia and 3 other countries between 3 Jan 2019 and 23 Feb 2019
"This is likely our last safari and was a great way to end what has been a passion of ours for 30 years.

We enjoyed new places ( Namibia and Tanzania) , saw incredible sights ( especially the Crater and the migration) , ate wonderful food and met many wonderful people" Read full review: 51 nights in Africa; 18 on a Namibia trip

"One of the best trips ever."

I visited Botswana and 1 other country between 31 Oct 2018 and 12 Nov 2018
"Expert Africa advice & arrangements excellent.

Light aircraft transfer was probably not necessary, provided no real advantage & caused restrictions on luggage.

Although there was a snafu in our transfer from Hwange Camp back to Vic Falls, the situation was satisfactorily remedied and the tour operator compensated us with free river cruise and Vic Falls walking tour. Essentially the pick-up was missed but with the help of staff from The Hide and a volunteer from a friend of the transfer company (?Wild Horizons) we were eventually (2.75 hrs late) driven back to VF & met about half-way by the tour company driver." "My Oct 2018 trip"

I visited Botswana and 2 other countries between 13 Oct 2018 and 4 Nov 2018
"Thanks for all help, suggestions and fast follow up, even when we had some challenges the night before we left Amsterdam due to flight changes the next day from Johannesburg to Windhoek.

Great you were thinking along how to beat that challenge and giving alternatives for accommodation if we could not make it to our first stop. Thanks Tracy!

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Inform your guests esp if they are used to safaris in other countries than Botswana, eg South Africa that the experience can be different. Im not talking about the game viewing which is obvious off course but the experience in the lodges. In South Africa you often for the same amount of money get more value (luxury, guest experience)" Read full review: 22 nights in Africa; 14 on a Botswana safari

"wonderfull -- will do it again "

I visited Namibia and 1 other country between 12 Oct 2018 and 4 Nov 2018
"The trip was excellent, we covered 3000 + km's in 20+ days, driving was fun, less going from Windhoek to Walvis Bay via dirt roads.

Saw all the critter's we came to see multiple times. Next time less camping and more lodging." Read full review: 23 nights in Africa; 9 on a Namibia trip

"Okavango Delta"

I visited Botswana between 2 Oct 2018 and 9 Oct 2018
"It was great to get out of our rental car (Toyota Corolla) we drove 5000 KM from Cape Town via Namibia) and let someone else take care of us. Generally very satisfied with some minor hiccups. Was very glad Expert Africa organized this as we were worn out from planning out trip.from So Africa to Maun. Tracy did a terrific job of taking care of us in a very short time. she listened to our concerns and needs an put together a an excellent package that included getting to the airport in Livingston. I would recommend her to friends.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Since we did this last minute we never received the literature before we left. We saw it on return and would have been helpful.. We made an inquiry to EA even though we were working with someone else. The previous company was not listening to what we wanted and generally fell on their face so we switched to EA and are glad we did, they are pros. Tracy also gave us ideas for places to go in the Okavango Delta (Goma Lagoon Lodge) panhandle which worked out great." Read full review: 7 nights in Africa; 7 on a Botswana safari
