"My Aug 2016 trip"

I visited Botswana and 1 other country between 5 Aug 2016 and 16 Aug 2016
"We were very pleased that all the arrangements made for us by Expert Africa, camps and lodges, internal flights, transfers and extra activities all happened seamlessly.

When a problem arose with our booking before we travelled, Expert Africa resolved the situation quickly and at no cost to ourselves for which we were very grateful." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 7 on a Botswana safari

"Return to Namibia"

I visited Namibia and 2 other countries between 29 Jul 2016 and 11 Aug 2016
"This was our second trip to Namibia and our fourth trip to Africa, previously visiting South Africa, Kenya and Swaziland.

After arriving in Windhoek we made our way to the Caprivi strip, going into Botswana and Zambia.

The mainly tar roads were very easy driving, with sand tracks to all the lodges we visited.

Our 4x4 was supplied by Bidvest and was a free upgrade on the vehicle we had booked. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was easy and the staff were helpful and well informed.

All the lodges we used were excellent ,as were the pre_arranged transfers and river crossings.

We could not fault any aspect of this holiday and could recommend a self drive holiday to any of these countries.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

We were pleased with every aspect of our booking, the quality of accommodation, the transfers and car hire. It is rare to return from a holiday without having something that disappointed but we could not fault a thing!

Will recommend Expert Africa to anyone visiting this part of the World.

Many thanks." Read full review: 13 nights in Africa; 8 on a Namibia trip

"Namibia, Botswana and Zambia July/Aug 2016"

I visited Namibia and 2 other countries between 19 Jul 2016 and 14 Aug 2016
"We were away for a month on what was undoubtedly the trip of a lifetime.

We have learned so much about a part of the world unknown to us prior to this trip and it has certainly had an impact on the perspective that we now take about certain issues. We met some wonderful people, both inhabitants of the countries and fellow travellers, and the animals and birds that we encountered were magnificent.

It was humbling and impressive and I wish that everyone could be lucky enough to have such a fantastic opportunity.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

At the point of booking there were times when Tracy was clearly very busy and we had to wait for responses to our questions. Her passion for Namibia and Botswana always came through and we felt fortunate to have the benefit of this.

We had need to contact her a couple of times while we were away and her response on these occasions was extremely prompt, thorough, helpful and reassuring - we were very appreciative of her care and attention we received." Read full review: 26 nights in Africa; 15 on a Namibia trip

"My Jun 2016 trip"

I visited Botswana and 2 other countries between 17 Jun 2016 and 3 Jul 2016
"overall experience was very good. we had a great time and saw all the wildlife we had hoped to see and more.

our only comment is that our original idea of starting at little kwara and finishing at savuti before the river boat would have been better. after nine days of jeep safaris any down time would have been better at savuti as you could watch wildlife at the waterhole. we think this would have worked better for us but may not suit other people."
