Khulu Bush Camp: picture gallery

Khulu Ivory Lodge is located in a private concession just outside of Hwange National Park
Khulu's main area is an open-plan thatch building...
...with a couple of seating areas...
...and the self service bar.
On one side of the main area is the dining table...
...where breakfast and dinner are served
At the front of the main area is a large deck with a few recliners...
...facing towards the pool and the waterhole beyond.
Down some stairs there's a path...
...which leads to Khulu's firepit and prime waterhole viewing position...
...by day or by night.
The rooms at Khulu are along the tree line, looking out towards the waterhole.
They are entered via a front deck...
...and then through a couple of glass doors.
Inside there are a couple of twin beds which can be converted into a double...
...a pair of comfortable campaign chairs sit at the foot of the bed...
...to one side are a minibar, tea coffee and fan.
At the back of the tent is an en suite bathroom...
...with his and hers sinks, a shower, and hairdryer and a flush toilet behind a partition.
There's an outdoor shower too.
Activities are conducted in open-sided safari vehicles with three rows of seats.
