"A memorable holiday"

"Nothing to find fault with.

Suggestions for improvement:

I visited Zambia between 24 Apr 2009 and 10 May 2009
"One of the best trips we've ever done (and we've done a few similar).

The four places we visited were all excellent in different ways, which was what we hoped for. We have been to Zambia three times before at the end of the dry season, and we wanted to see it at a different time of year and visit new places. Mutininondo and Shiwa were recommendtaions from people we'd met on previous trips, and Claire was able to reassure us that they would be good so we were dleighted that they were. Claire's recommendation to go to Shoebill was also excellent.

All in all, a wondeful experience, great scenery, excellent wildlife and we met some very interesting people.

Suggestions for improvements:

Can't think of anything. Efficient, friendly service. Helpful in setting everthing up kept us infomed about changes." Read full review: 16 nights in Africa; 14 on a Zambia safari

"A definite holiday to remember"

I visited Zambia between 10 Apr 2009 and 25 Apr 2009
"This will rank as one of my best holidays.

The whole trip exceeded expectations, and the level of service throughout the trip could not be faulted and while a Zambian safari is not the cheapest option, I felt this was definitely value for money.

Anna's advice on the itinery turned out to be a perfect recommendation, with the right amount of time in each place.

Suggestions for improvement:

I was completely satisfied with the whole level of service, particularly the fact that the itinerary was organised around what I was looking for rather than any pre-set itinerary. Anna was also able to give recommendations on the options, based on personal experience - always a plus for me. I would definitely recommend Expert Africa to anyone considering a safari to Africa." "Overall feedback"

I visited Zambia between 25 Mar 2009 and 9 Apr 2009
"Fantastic - the most important things were that we saw the wildlife and had experiences that we wanted.

Your questionnaire is too much on the camps/hotels and not enough on the experiences and what you see which are far more important to us. We would go back to each place we stayed and we would certainly use Expert Africa again especially as we initially costed this trip ouselves and found that you offered a good saving and the added comfort of support in the UK and Anna's advice and in depth knowledge of Zambia. We know a number of other clients who say the same about Anna :)

Suggestions to help Expert Africa improve their service: Keep on looking out for camps and lodges that concentrate on wildlife not just creature comforts. Keep prices competitive, keep friendly and knowledgeable staff like Anna. We are very happy - thank you." Read full review: 15 nights in Africa; 11 on a Zambia safari

"Superb African Experience"

I visited Zambia between 20 Mar 2009 and 30 Mar 2009
"Kudos for the excellent mix proposed (4 nights at Kapani. 3 at Kakuli and 2 at Tongabezi). It was the main ingredient for the success of our trip and enabled us to experience very well organized safaries (walking, river and driving) in southern Luangwa prior to relaxing near the falls.

Zambia was an excellent choice: The nature is majestic during the wet season, the wildlife superbe. The people in all three places were very professional, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, polite and pleasant. We had a great time!

Suggestions for improvements:

You are doing an excellent job, however, if you wish to expand your services to clientelle outside the UK, you need to examine alternative ways to get your clients to Zambia." Read full review: 10 nights in Africa; 9 on a Zambia safari

"A great safari and beach holiday"

I visited Malawi and 1 other country between 17 Dec 2008 and 3 Jan 2009
"Overall, we got everything we wanted from this holiday. A great week's game viewing, then a short trip to a stunning beachside lodge on Lake Malawi for a week of luxury R&R.

The BA experience excluded, we were well looked after every inch of the way by Robin Pope and Expert Africa .
We would highly recommend Nikwali and Pumulani." Read full review: 17 nights in Africa; 8 on a Malawi trip

"Last minute plan"

I visited Zambia between 9 Dec 2008 and 18 Dec 2008
"The trip was organized at the last moment and everything worked 100% thanks to Anna at Expert Africa whose recommendations were absolutely spot-on, and whose organizational skills proved to be miraculous (including re-scheduling entire flight programs at the last minute) and whose knowledge of the area and the specific people we would deal with are unparalleled. All the lodges we stayed in know Anna really well.

Suggestions for improvements:

No - but I have certainly recommended Expert Africa to a freinds already and will continue to book next trips through Expert Africa. Absolutely excellent." Read full review: 9 nights in Africa; 9 on a Zambia safari
