"A very well organised trip (as always). Accommodation and travel times well thought out, unlike one British couple from another well known travel company (high end) who asked to be moved from where they were staying as they said that Lodge had been misrepresented!
I don't know what Tom said to Europcar but their treatment of us was exceptional.
We also appreciated Grace meeting us at the airport and seeing us through.

"Fantastic location and great outlook.
Although somewhat foreboding on first sight the welcome and friendliness of the staff was second to none. One of the few lodges where guests mingled and shared experiences.
Guiding was excellent and sightings of desert elephants and the dry river ecosystem will be etched in our memory.

"A great disappointment. Check in is in the Gift Shop. Rooms not ready until after 14.00. Restaurant bar not open until minutes before meal served.
We were there with 2 other well travelled German couples and we all agreed that there was not a lot to do and that all activities were extortionate."
