"A good off-the-beaten-track itinerary"

I visited Tanzania between 19 Sep 2017 and 30 Sep 2017
"Katavi and Mafia are both fairly off-the-beaten-track, which I loved, although there was quite a lot of travel in between locations. Flight schedules also meant having to spend a day at either end of the trip in Arusha, which was probably not the most efficient use of time, especially for a short holiday.

However, Katavi and Mafia were both places I really wanted to visit and I wouldn't have changed that." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 11 on a Tanzania safari

"My Aug 2017 trip"

I visited Tanzania and 2 other countries between 30 Aug 2017 and 17 Sep 2017
"Yet again Expert Africa lived up to their name by setting us up with a great trip.

We enjoyed every part of it and frequently thought the next day could not be as good as the last. However it always was. Thanks to Ellie for developing the itinerary for us and thanks to James setting it up." Read full review: 18 nights in Africa; 14 on a Tanzania safari

"Absolutely wonderful!"

I visited Tanzania between 5 Aug 2017 and 15 Aug 2017
"This trip was really enjoyable and memorable. It was organized by Elizabeth Chapman first, then it was taken over by Claire Scott.
All of my travel arrangement ran very smoothly and I had nothing to worry about.

As I stated before, I like small, rustic camps and I really love warm hospitality of the people working there. This might be one of the reasons why I don't stop going to African countries on safari." Read full review: 10 nights in Africa; 10 on a Tanzania safari

"Southwest Tanzania - Feb/Mar 2017"

I visited Tanzania between 19 Feb 2017 and 2 Mar 2017
"This trip was on our bucket list since a few years and finally it materialised. Travelling in the wet season gives you certain benefits, green, less people and good bird viewing. The wet season is "wet" thus whenever the weather showed it sunny side, it was and added benefit.

All preparation from the initial contact with Expert Africa to the return home worked flawlessly, especially good follow up before the trip from Expert Africa reminding us about insurances, overseas flight information etc.

What we missed to arrange upfront was the long wait at our last day, from arriving in Dar to our overseas flight. This we could sort out locally with the company who organised transfers at our arrival the first day - they supported us with transfer to Slipway (beachfront Dar), looking after our luggage and then taking us back to the airport in time for our flight back home." "brilliant all round"

I visited Tanzania between 16 Jul 2016 and 27 Jul 2016
"We'd recommend this entire trip to everyone, despite the cost! Highlight was Mahale National Park and Greystoke. Selous we were very impressed with, regarding the amount of wildlife we saw. Location of the camp excellent but we'd choose a smaller camp in future." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 10 on a Tanzania safari

"Absolutely incredible experience"

I visited Tanzania and 1 other country between 16 Jun 2016 and 13 Jul 2016
"I generally plan my trips myself without a lot of input from agents. This time I relied heavily on your company and felt I was well rewarded for doing so. I never would have visited Akagera, Katavi, Mahale, Ruaha, or the Selous on my own. I likely would have confined my itinerary in Tanzania to the Serengeti and maybe Ngorongoro Crater. I'm really lucky to have taken James' advice.

In fact, one of my guides in the Serengeti was extremely impressed with my chosen itinerary, commenting that he didn't see many tourists who went that route.

Again, I'm very grateful for your help and would highly recommend your company in the future." Read full review: 27 nights in Africa; 20 on a Tanzania safari

"Amazing Safari"

I visited Tanzania between 14 Sep 2015 and 28 Sep 2015
"We had a wonderful and unforgettable trip. We loved every part of it and we would love to come back.

We were so happy to to see such beauty: the landscapes, the wildlife, the flora.

We highly recommend Nomad Tanzania, a great safari company with outstanding safari camps with a bush feeling, amazing guides and very nice staff.

Elizabeth Wollen, from Expert Africa, did an excellent job in advising us for this trip. She managed to match and exceed our expectations, thank you." Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 14 on a Tanzania safari
