"We both thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We loved the landscape, the food, the wines and sunshine and warmth in January.

The Winelands were more amazingly beautiful than anticipated. People very helfpul and friendly.

This was surpassed by my time in Rwanda - a fascinating, visually stunning country.

Seeing the Gorillas in Volcanoes National Park was an amazing experience and is definitely one I would like to repeat.

"It was a great trip but marred by a terrible hire car and extra De Hoop expenditure (both as outlined earlier). As a family we have made many life long memories which is the reason we wanted to do the trip in the first place. I will, however, steer well clear of self drive holidays for a while as the arguments Craig And I had over the driving and the car were too frequent and stressful!" "I felt I got very good advice on how to pace this trip and Claire found some new places for us to try. We had booked a bit late in the season and your usual locations were full. Claire stuck with it and the places she found were fantastic.

"This is the second time we use Expert Africa for bookings etc. As last time, everything went perfect.

We got qualifyed and kind help from the staff. At arrival in Africa, everything went according to plans. You can get full help from Expert Africa. However, as experienced in travelling in Africa, we prepared the route on our own. Afterwards, we got good input from Expert Africa and make changes accordingly. This worked fine.

"It had been about nine years since we were last in Southern Africa and we had the pleasurable task of introducing some members of my family to this wonderful part of the world for the first time. It was a bit of a challenge to chart a course of safaris and 'chill-out' in the Cape when you have a combination of first-timers and a couple of 'old lags' to keep happy.

With the patient and knowledgeable Tracy at Expert Africa to help with suggestions and alternatives, I found the task was not as daunting as it might have been even when some members threw a bit of a curve ball at the end of the process, an eventuality that Tracy handled with professional grace and efficiency.

My partner and I have been clients of Expert Africa since Sunvil brought Chris in to broaden its product range. This he has delivered with peerless professionalism and has built a knowledgeable and very competent team over the years who, in this client's opinion, provide the best service available in the UK.
