"Namibia 2019"

I visited Namibia between 26 Mar 2019 and 6 Apr 2019
"I was so pleased to work with Expert Africa. The main purpose of our trip was to do the Cape Epic mountain bike race in South Africa, but we wanted to stay and travel for a short time afterwards and had Namibia in mind. I bought the Bradt guidebook, but never having been there I felt lost trying to figure out a realistic itinerary. When the guidebook mentioned the option of using a tour operator to help create a self-driving trip I thought "BINGO!" I called Expert Africa and the rest is history. Megan Green was our Rep. She was a delight -- she had great ideas, and even helped me with flight suggestions even though we were booking our own flights. The process was so easy -- we went back and forth with different ideas, but rather quickly settled on a good itinerary and it all worked out perfectly. Thank you Megan!" "Our best vacation ever!"

I visited Namibia between 21 Sep 2018 and 12 Oct 2018
"This was our second visit to Namibia and our first not organized as a group. After this experience we can say we much prefer traveling on our own. Expert Africa helped us organize the exact trip we wanted and it exceeded all our expectations. We were able to visit parts of Namibia was had not seen during our first visit.

The team member who organized our trip has first-hand knowledge of Namibia, which was very helpful. Expert Africa thought of every detail, provided comprehensive information and were responsive to us during our trip as well.

We are already planning our next trip to Africa and will use Expert Africa to plan that trip as well." Read full review: 21 nights in Africa; 19 on a Namibia trip

"My Sep 2018 trip"

I visited Namibia between 18 Sep 2018 and 7 Oct 2018
"Namibia was an amazing place to visit - quite different from any other country we've been to in Africa - the landscapes were awesome.

Starting the trip at Galton House and ending it there was excellent - it gave us time to recover from the flights etc and at the end of the holiday we could relax, have a shower, a nice meal and get out of our safari clothes, put our normal clothes on ready for the return home and generally chill out!

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Flying between camps was ideal as having spoken to people who were driving the distances involved were long and this meant they couldn't cover as much ground as we did. When the Brandt guide is next updated you may want to note that the restaurant 22 Degrees South is closed.

We recommended Expert Africa to several people who were thinking of future African adventures so hopefully more business will come your way in the future." Read full review: 19 nights in Africa; 17 on a Namibia trip

"Expert Africa lived up to their name again"

I visited Namibia between 8 Sep 2018 and 4 Oct 2018
"We enjoyed everything about our long Namibia trip.

All logistics worked efficiently and all our accommodation was excellent. We always seemed to be in the best rooms at the best lodges and again we were lucky with our game viewing.

Yet again Expert Africa exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Tracy

"Fabulous road trip"

I visited Namibia between 15 May 2018 and 1 Jun 2018
"The whole trip was excellent and that was down to your professional expertise and efficiency. I must say you have been one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience..

Top marks to Josh for his overall efficiency and very engaging personality. It was always a pleasure chatting to him and nothing was too much trouble.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

To be honest I'm finding it difficult to suggest anything and that is because everything was perfect. The service we received from yourselves was exceptional and I say this as someone (not trying to sound big headed) who has travelled a lot since I began in 1973 ! Just keep up the good work. I'll be back !

Just one small point. I don't know what is happening with the proposed newsletter which I signed up for but I would recommend that you get it up and running as a priority. I think this is an ideal way of keeping past customers informed and a very effective way of getting new ones." Read full review: 17 nights in Africa; 15 on a Namibia trip
