Chobe Game Lodge: picture gallery

Chobe Game Lodge is set beside the Chobe River, the only permanent lodge in the national park
There is an entrance lobby...
...activity centre...
...and extensive lounge areas throughout.
A highlight is the boardwalk along the river front...
...with plenty of seating to enjoy the view.
As well as a boma area out over the water.
Even a small gym!
Some of the rooms look out over the lawn.
The rooms are spacious...
...with their own little patio.
The bathrooms are quite small....
However the newly renovated bathrooms are a vast improvement, soon to be in both wings...
...they have twin basins...
...and separate shower and loo cubicles.
The suites are a little larger...
...with their own sitting room...
...and plunge pool!
There is an incredible amount of wildlife to spot including large breeding herds of elephants.
The birdlife is also terrific at Chobe National Park.
Over 460 bird species have been recorded in the park.
Not only birds can be seen ...
... but also small mammals wait to be discovered.
