"I like that everything was planned from the moment I landed until I left Kilimanjaro airport (flights, transfert, camps...).

Lyndsey who helped me planned this trip really understood what I liked and her choice of camp was very good. She really took the time to answer all of my question and explained to me in details the pros and cons of each location. There are many travel agent online and none of the one I contacted before Expert Africa took the time to know what I was looking for in a safari and answer my questions.

"Probably the best safari experience we have had.

We particularly enjoyed the tracking off-road, the stunning game viewing and the very knowledgeable guides and trackers on the 3 concessions we visited. The camps were super, the staff were lovely and the connections by air were seamless.

We got to see our number one priority which was wild dogs and so much more besides. Notable was the number of leopard, elephants, lions and cheetah. Botswana is not the place to see rhino (having been poached heavily in recent years) or crocodiles (of which we saw surprisingly few), but otherwise the game is extensive.

The comparatively high cost of Botswana as a safari destination certainly paid off in terms of a truly memorable trip.

Keep doing what you do.

We found it very useful to be able to look at what sightings had been recorded from various locations, although we have been told some other agencies do not publish this information in case it helps inform poachers. How much truth there is in this, we do not know. But it may be worth looking into what evidence, if any, there is that it poses a risk." "A trip of a lifetime. Namibia and Botswana were different but spectacular in their own ways.

I saw much more wildlife than I expected and so much of it close to. The scenery, sunrises and sunsets were glorious and I feel that I have experienced a proper African safari.

The lodges were excellent with all the facilities I could have wanted. What made the trip so special was the quality of the staff everywhere I went. They were friendly, professional and keen to show their countries at their best. They were fabulous ambassadors for Africa as a whole.

Accommodation everywhere was excellent. Food for a carnivore was outstanding.

"Every camp that we visited held Expert Africa in high regard which made us proud to be clients.

All went well but it would have been helpful to have the "hard copies" of Precision Air as there were glitches on their end. They had no record of us going on after Lusaka (right city??). We made it. And... All's well that ends well but we were put-on the wrong plane from the Serengeti to Kilimanjaro and they sent us to Arusha (along with another couple).

Precision Air then put us on another flight to Kilimanjaro but we missed most of our time at the lodge in Kilimanjaro before going on to Nairobi. "We had a fabulous trip to Namibia. We enjoyed the whole experience. We loved the scenery and seeing all the wildlife, particularly in the northern part of the country including Etosha. It was everything we imagined and beyond. We wanted to go back before we had even left the country.

Everything was well-organised and the accommodation we stayed in was of a very good standard but with a pleasing variety of styles/overall feel. The people we met were also overwhelming kind and helpful.

Maruska made a fantastic job of arranging our trip - she listened carefully to what we were hoping for and put together an excellent itinerary for us.
