"We had a fabulous trip to Namibia. We enjoyed the whole experience. We loved the scenery and seeing all the wildlife, particularly in the northern part of the country including Etosha. It was everything we imagined and beyond. We wanted to go back before we had even left the country.
Everything was well-organised and the accommodation we stayed in was of a very good standard but with a pleasing variety of styles/overall feel. The people we met were also overwhelming kind and helpful.
Maruska made a fantastic job of arranging our trip - she listened carefully to what we were hoping for and put together an excellent itinerary for us.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
We cannot think of anything in particular. We definitely plan to be back for more trips."

"Slightly corporate feel. The room was luxurious and exceptionally comfortable. We had a marvellous view out of the picture windows. We liked being able to walk along the trails."

"We loved Hoodia. The owners were extremely welcoming and very gracious. They were kind enough to deliver a pair of glasses we accidentally left behind to our next accommodation.
The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sossusvlei with Daniel, who gave us expert information about the region and the desert."

"There was a hiccup with our pickup for the journey to Pelican Point. The manager Keith was helpful and kind.
There was one set of other guests for the first night and just us for the second night. We took an upgrade to the honeymoon suite on the top floor with its excellent views. It was a bit chilly and windy to spend much time out on the roof terrace but this would be lovely in warm weather.
We enjoyed spending time with the seals and flamingos, and the sheer isolation. The chef was very friendly and the food was very good."

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Leon. He was very knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed the dune driving and spectacular scenery. The lunch provided was also very tasty.

"Damaraland is a special place. The welcome and send-off from the staff was unique. The staff were all so kind and helpful, and made us feel totally at home. Special mention must go to our guide, Joas. He is a deeply courteous and thoughtful man - we loved our trips out with him, including some walks on the trails surrounding the camp. We were thrilled to see the desert adapted elephants in the dry river bed and amazed that we were able to get so close to them.

"Hobatere is well located on the Western side of Etosha and was a good place for us to stop and relax for a day. The waterhole behind the lodge is very good and we saw plenty of game coming down for a drink during our stay. We heard the roar of a lion early on our last morning and learnt that he had visited the waterhole - sadly we missed seeing him.
The trips out in the jeep were fun. We saw many birds, including owls and eagles, but little else on our trips.
The food was reasonable, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace at the back of the lodge watching all the game, including numerous zebras."

"We had a fabulous time at Ongava. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and the food is excellent and plentiful.
We enjoyed our jeep trips out with our excellent guide, Teacher. We saw two large male lions, one of them striding along purposefully and the other flaked out on the side of the track, as well as a whole pride of other lions.
The setting of the lodge is beautiful and looks over a waterhole. We were privileged to see rhinos both evenings we were there, including a baby and other young ones. We also enjoyed seeing elephants at the waterhole one lunchtime and viewing them from the hide."

"We had one night in Mushara. It is on the Eastern side of Etosha and we stayed there after our trip through Etosha from the Anderson Gate. Mushara was perfectly located for this and a very comfortable place for us to stay. They had a boma for all guests on the evening we were there, which was a nice experience."

"Okonjima is a supremely comfortable and luxurious place to stay - it is the only place we have ever stayed where we had a day room as well as a bedroom/bathroom. It was a nice touch for each room to have its own mini waterhole - we enjoyed feeding the birds with the seed left for us, including a very patient hornbill.
We saw many animals there, including leopards and a pangolin. It was thrilling to get so close to them, although they were easy to track due to their radio collars. Our guide, Gabriel, was quite a character and full of information about the wildlife. We enjoyed our jeep trips out with him, despite the cold mornings.

"We were glad we decided to stay at Eningu on our final night. It is about 1 hour from the airport and the roads are good. We were lucky enough to be the only guests while we were there, which meant we had the whole place to ourselves. Staying there gave us a chance to relax for the day and have a good walk on the trails through the desert, before the long flight home.
The owner was very friendly and made several trips over to the lodge to make sure we were being looked after properly. The food was very good too."
