"Wonderful! All four of us really enjoyed it. We saw so many different sights and had the most amazing experiences.

The people we met were friendly and polite and their lives fascinating, being so different from ours'.
The geography of the area was beautiful, in all it's different forms. Quite stunning.

"EA did a great job of making all part of our trip work smoothly and integrate well.

The only wrinkle was that we were doing Namibia and Botswana, so we worked with two different team members at EA who had experience in each country in the earlier phases of trip planning (good), but neither of them seemed to take responsibility for the overall trip (the wrinkle) until we asked them to figure it out and put one person in charge of pushing things forward." "Everything worked seamlessly.

One problem:

The telephone numbers we were given in Harare to contact the air charter to check flight time were either "no incoming calls answered" or unobtainable. Our cousin knew a private lodge operator in Mana, contacted his business partner in Harare who knew the air charter person whom we contacted. She took our details and in fact contacted the lodge to ask them to convey an earlier flight time to us which they did by sending a vehicle to find us and tell us." "We had a great holiday and were happy with all our accommodation choices.....we made small suggestions for improvements but had no cause for complaints.

On reflection we might have changed the length of stays towards the end of the trip e.g. an extra day near Victoria Falls and one day less in Hwange N.P. in Zimbabwe. We very much appreciated the advice provided during the planning of our holiday and the information and service given during this process. The brochure and the travel documents supplied were comprehensive and helpful.

"If I had lots of money, I would not do the same vendor (both Kwando camps) to experience something different; however, overall it was a great trip. Arrangements were flawless and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I liked having regular mail contact with nick hobbs who dealt with things well. the info about changed flight times was invaluable and meant we could re confirm and didnt miss the flight back to harare which would otherwise have happened so thanks for that!!" "This was the trip we have wanted to make for many years and I found the information regarding Expert Africa in a tour book in our local library. Since then, we have told everyone we know about this company. Every detail was taken care of and the tour was booked according to our wishes.

This was not a tour where we went on a specific route; we decided the area of Africa we wished to visit and what we hoped to see and they could advise us of the places we could stay. In our case we wanted to see elephants and the delta region and this area of Botswana was recommended.

We then checked their web site and decided on the camps. I called Maruska a few times and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The book on Botswana was written by Chris McIntyre for Brandt and there was much information on local customs and regions.

"everything I'd hoped and dreamed of and more

there were few problems, mostly related to transfers, e.g. we spent an hour at kasane airport looking for our transfer and were about to phone when someone turned to take us to the border; and you can't control the weather which sent us and the wildlife looking for warmer shelter

it was worthwhile thinking about, planning and researching for 3 years, going with an open mind not a tick-list

We've never ever been so well looked after, still in shock having to think, plan and take care of ourselves and others

have already recommended your services to others we met on the trip, we really appreciate the time and patience you have shown, I would do it again but I know Richard has a long list of places to visit before we repeat. thank you so much
