"Africa and Safaris"

I visited Zambia between 21 Aug 2013 and 12 Sep 2013
"We had a wonderful trip to Zambia.

We were able to see all the animals on our list plus some more. Learning about the birds, insects, trees and plants added to that experience. The Zambian people we met were all so welcoming wherever we went. The trip was excellent in all aspects. The connections to each segment went very smoothly and being met at the airports provided us with a sense of security. The safari lodges and camps were a good choice.

We'd be happy to return to Africa and book with Expert Africa again." Read full review: 22 nights in Africa; 12 on a Zambia safari

"One of the best holidays"

I visited Zambia between 18 Aug 2013 and 26 Aug 2013
"We had a wonderful holiday. Having lived in Zambia and travelled to South Luangwa many times, I was hoping that my 12-year-old would enjoy his first trip there. It surpassed my expectations - and his.

Everything ran incredibly smoothly, from the very friendly Tours Africa crew greeting us after landing, to all the transfers and the camps themselves, we were in extremely good hands. My son was blown away by the wildlife (our first drive, only a couple of hours after landing at Mfuwe including a wonderful leopard sighting), and also by the friendliness of all the staff and the warm welcome.

Chris's latest Bradt Guide was a great update on recent developments in the country as well as a reminder of the diversity of Zambia and the spectacular wildlife you can see. And we were well-advised to start our holiday in a more flexible camp before moving to a more remote section of the park." Read full review: 8 nights in Africa; 6 on a Zambia safari

"Another Mind Blowing Safari"

I visited Zimbabwe and 3 other countries between 13 Aug 2013 and 6 Sep 2013
"My trip couldn't have been better. Nick Hobbs did a superb job of arranging all the logistics so that almost everything went smoothly. I have to send my special thanks to managing director Chris McIntyre for sending me my binoculars after I misplaced them on a flight between Tuba Tree Camp and Lagoon Camps. I received them at City Lodge and Chris even paid for shipping them. I was truly impressed by his kindness and generosity.

This was my second safari with Expert Africa and I'm already going to another one next year. I've already been on five safaris, but I still have along bucket list of locations in Africa I want to either visit or revisit.

I love the fact that unlike it's numerous competitors in Great Britain, the United States, and South Africa Expert Africa places the emphasis as much as possible on visiting unfenced national park or concessions, and staying at lodges which aren't fenced as well. This in my experience and many other safari goers I've met greatly improves gong on safari.

I will undoubtedly take more safaris with ExpertAfrica." Read full review: 24 nights in Africa; 10 on a Zimbabwe safari

"Brilliant trip"

I visited Zambia between 9 Aug 2013 and 22 Aug 2013
"It all went so well and we saw so much.

We have been enough times to know game sightings are not guaranteed but we saw more than ever before . The guiding all the way round was knowledgeable, tailored very much to our experience , enthusiastic and must have contributed to what we saw. Zambia just seem to have it right.

Walking is our passion and there did seem less on offer than before . Getting a game guard seemed to be a bit of a problem at times but nevertheless we always managed to go when we wanted.

Loved the camps. Can't wait till the next time!" Read full review: 13 nights in Africa; 12 on a Zambia safari

"Did what it said on the tin!"

I visited Zambia between 9 Aug 2013 and 17 Aug 2013
"We got exactly what we asked for with our Expert Africa trip. I am a seasoned Africa traveller and we were taking my mother in law and her 2 grandsons on safari for the first time. To keep the cost down Expert Africa recommended family accommodation and this was great, giving us plenty of space and privacy.

We got a great variety of terrain and game combining South Luangwa and Lower Zambezi (I particularly wanted to be close to rivers for the variety) and I felt Eleanor really understood our needs when recommending Flatdogs and Kasaka River Lodge. Both camps were open so game could walk through which gave it such an authentic feel as we had elephants passing through at both places and could hear the animals during the night.

I have to say the Hippo Pod at Kasaka is one of the finest places I have stayed in Africa!" Read full review: 8 nights in Africa; 7 on a Zambia safari

"Excellent trip"

I visited Zambia between 7 Aug 2013 and 19 Aug 2013
"Our trip was excellent. Eleanor Dunkels had given us excellent advice. On a number of occasions we commented how the order of the different parts of the trip was just right. Going to Kaingo before Bushcamp was a great order as we had never been on safari before - I think we needed the 'stepping stone' of Kaingo before going right into the bush. Going to the Victoria Falls after safari was just right - some rest and relaxation after the safari. Cannot fault anything.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
No - everything was excellent" Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 10 on a Zambia safari
