"Another wonderful trip"

I visited Zambia between 3 Sep 2018 and 20 Sep 2018
"Our 9th time to Zambia and it remains our favorite safari destination.

The camps are all well organised and comfortable and everyone is so friendly.

S Luangwa shows noticeable increase in visitors but game superb and camps becoming more luxurious.

Less walking offered up front and we needed to make it clear that we were repeat visitors who wanted to walk..

Kafue was an experiment in contrast and suited us perfectly. Hope to be back.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Thanks once again.

Expert Africa bookings are well regarded at all camps and we have no intention of booking with anyone else having heard horror stories of other agents" Read full review: 17 nights in Africa; 15 on a Zambia safari

"Excellent September 18 trip to Zambia"

I visited Zambia between 3 Sep 2018 and 16 Sep 2018
"The trip was very well-planned to suit our interests and our needs. Freddie was very responsive to us and understood what we were looking for and what we were capable of.

This was our second trip organised by Expert Africa and we remain very satisfied. All the camps and airlines were made well aware of mobility issues and everyone responded appropriately and sympathetically.

All 3 camps were comfortable and had excellent food and guiding. Every effort was made to co-ordinate the holiday to minimise waiting time on journeys and maximise time in camps.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable safari.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Difficult to see how the service could be improved" Read full review: 13 nights in Africa; 11 on a Zambia safari

"Magical Zambia"

I visited Zambia between 31 Aug 2018 and 9 Sep 2018
"The trip was magical, a real bucket list holiday.

We were very happy with the thoroughness of the preparation and efficiency with which Lucy planned and booked our trip.

She was always available to answer our questions and her enthusiasm for Zambia and these two lodges added to the wonderful anticipation of our trip.

The only negative were the amount of tsetse flies.....the game rangers most willingly created a fire at the back of the vehicle using elephant dung and this was a great help !" Read full review: 9 nights in Africa; 7 on a Zambia safari

"2nd - 9th Sept 2018"

I visited Zambia between 31 Aug 2018 and 9 Sep 2018
"We were a a group from three continents.

Based in UK all information and luggage tags etc were received but this was not the case for our USA and South African family. Hard copy travel data was not posted to the other's addresses. Although Expert Africa did not know the other's address they should have asked." Read full review: 9 nights in Africa; 7 on a Zambia safari

I visited Zambia between 30 Aug 2018 and 11 Sep 2018
"This was a fantastic trip, which exceeded expectations, everything ran very smoothly.

It was good that we were met at Lusaka airport and assisted with check-in, which were not expecting.

We would have no hesitation in re booking with Expert Africa and recommending them to others." Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 12 on a Zambia safari

"Extraordinary first time visit to Zambia"

I visited Zambia between 29 Aug 2018 and 13 Sep 2018
"If anyone were to ask me how I would do it again, I think that I would make the trip a bit shorter and only use the Robin Pope facilities. If I had known how much I was to see in the first 8 days, I would have been happy to shorten the trip. But as a first timer I did not know this. I certainly do not regret the Kafunta add-on to my trip, but it would have been okay without it as the first 8 days were so perfect." Read full review: 15 nights in Africa; 13 on a Zambia safari

"Best.Trip.Ever."

I visited Zambia between 26 Aug 2018 and 14 Sep 2018
"Wow! Spectacular! We had a fantastic 3-week trip with Expert Africa to Botswana and Zambia. When we first had the idea of trying to go to Africa, not knowing where, when, or with which outfitter, Megan Green gave the best, most thorough response to our inquiries. The website was also wonderfully designed with succinct, user-friendly information. The timely correspondence of the staff and the website were huge plusses during our planning phase.

Everything about our itinerary was well designed, and we were never rushed. For example, the night in Jo-burg to rest and explore a bit before flying the next day to Maun to begin our safari was well enjoyed. The night in Livingstone between Botswana and Zambia was also well received and taken advantage of to rest. The camps were also laid out in a manner where it felt like every camp we went to was a little bit more luxurious than the prior one, so it kept feeling like we were spoiled over and over - all of the camps exceeded our expectations as well.

We had zero travel issues, everything ran seamlessly! One issue popped up where our itinerary said alcohol was included at one camp, and the camp staff upon check-in insisted that alcohol is never included there. We emailed Expert Africa and they sorted it out within two hours.

Our safety was never a concern, and the trip kept getting better and better! We highly recommend Expert Africa, and both Botswana and Zambia." Read full review: 19 nights in Africa; 11 on a Zambia safari
