"Nsolo Bushcamp review"
"Tranquility at beautiful Nsolo"
Pria (sorry if I have spelt that wrong) was a first class hostess, friendly, talkative felt very relaxed in her company.
Food, service and all the staff, front of house and back of house were exceptional." See all these reviews: 9n in Zambia
"Nsolo Bushcamp review"
Rained one evening so sadly animals moved further afield.
Our first experience of bush walks showed us how much more there was to appreciate than just the animlas & birds.
Excellent guide (Shaddy) and scout (Bardwill)" See all these reviews: 13n in Zambia
"Nsolo Bushcamp review"
"Her father's daughter"
A very interesting walk with Shaddy ensued, followed by a lovely evening meal which I was beginning to realise was an NCS trademark!" See all these reviews: 11n in Zambia
"Amazing setting -too short a stay"
On our first afternoon during 'siesta' time a whole herd of elephants came to the river bank opposite our tent and we shot over 200 photos in half an hour. The guides were wonderful and again the food/service etc was fantastic." See all these reviews: 14n in Zambia
"Nsolo Camp - difficult to beat"
Imagine watching a leopard slowly cross the dry river bed and then walking out and having a sumptous candle-lit dinner on that same river bed. We did and we shall never forget it.
We also saw lions and buffalos and many other animals very close by. The birdwatching is extraordinary." See all these reviews: 15n in Zambia
"Riverbed dining at Nsolo"
Shadi, the manager and guide, was extremely knowledgeable and made our visit very special. Monika, and then Diane fom Kapani, looked after us very well and were super companions at mealtimes. A splendid brunch (freshly-cooked 'full English'!) on the dry bed of the River Lewi with clients transferring from Lewi Camp was only one of the ways we were spoiled by the staff during our visit. And that evening, oil lamps illuminated the river bed and our dining table, as elephants walked past (at a safe-ish distance!). The beds were so comfy that buffalo munching outside our hut barely disturbed our night.
It was great to be joined at Nsolo by both Christina Carr and, later, David the Norman Carr bushcamps manager.
Our stay at Nsolo culminated with our transfer to Kakuli on foot, about 12 kilometres, led by JJ from Kilkuli, Benson the ZAWA scout and Ruben, expertly guiding us through the bush and awaiting elephants, zebra and warthogs." See all these reviews: 12n in Zambia
"Nsolo Bushcamp review"
We enjoyed the high degree of privacy provided by the accomodation and the extended "balcony" was a particularly nice feature.
The atomosphere at Nsolo was particularly tranquil." See all these reviews: 10n in Zambia
"Great setting - lots of hyenas!"
Wildlife excellent including Mopani bees nests on decking, watched for ages. Fantastic sitings of a buffalo herd, eagles and Eagle owl." See all these reviews: 10n in Zambia
