Flatdogs Camp: video gallery

Flatdogs Camp: picture gallery

Flatdogs Camp is situated just outside the gates of the South Luangwa National Park.
Once an excellent backpackers' option, it is now ideal for all sorts of travellers.
The camp can accommodate up to 44 guests in four different room types.
The seven 'luxury safari tents' are the most popular...
With double or twin beds ...
... they're kept cool with a shady thatched roof....
...in a great location near to either the river or the lagoon.
All of the tents have an open-air ensuite bathroom.
If you prefer a more substantial room, Flatdogs has six chalets...
... with rooms upstairs and down, great for couples or families.
There is also a large family chalet with three rooms.
A few minutes drive away from the main camp, the Jackalberry Tree House…
… offers a more exclusive experience.
...built on a wooden deck and perched high among the ebony trees.
The restaurant serves a la carte choices throughout the day...
... and there are plenty of options for al fresco dining too.
The menu is varied...
... and all meals are freshly prepared and very delicious.
...with friendly staff on hand to serve a variety of drinks and cocktails.
Sunbeds and chairs are scattered through the gardens, with a fantastic view of the Luangwa River…
… and a large, sparkling pool is prefect for kids and adults alike.
We love Flatdogs - take the time to soak up the views and the vibes in a relaxed atmosphere!
