"Back to Zambia again"

I visited Zambia between 17 Sep 2015 and 4 Oct 2015
"This was our eighth safari trip to Africa (all arranged by Expert Africa), and we chose to return to Zambia.

We love the Robin Pope camps in the South Luangwa, and our fourth visit to them met all our expectations. The game viewing and guiding at these camps is exceptionally good, making our time there so enjoyable.

Chiawa and Old Mondoro are both very special, in different ways. We had visited them five years ago, and wanted to return. Staying at both of them provides complementary experiences of the Lower Zambezi, with superb game viewing and guiding at both. Our walks with Paul Grobler at Chiawa were one of the highlights of the whole trip.

All the arrangements worked perfectly, including the stopover in Lusaka and the efficient transfers by Tours Africa." Read full review: 17 nights in Africa; 16 on a Zambia safari

"My Sep 2015 trip"

I visited Zambia and 1 other country between 10 Sep 2015 and 21 Sep 2015
"I was left speechless by the excellence of both the safari houses and the experience; but also I was a little overcome by the emotion of it all and of having to leave and get back to reality; so either way, words for this form were hard to find." "Excellent trip with group of close friends"

I visited Zambia and 1 other country between 10 Sep 2015 and 21 Sep 2015
"Had a lovely trip to Zambia and Zimbabwe to celebrate a very close friend's landmark birthday.

Saw some great game, especially in South Luangwa (plenty of leopards) although Lower Zambezi was a little patchy. We also enjoyed the novelty of travelling as a group and staying in private houses (although having done this, my preference would probably be to take over small camps in their entirety rather than staying in a single house). But it certainly made an interesting change and the trip was awesome overall." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 7 on a Zambia safari

"My Sep 2015 trip"

I visited Zambia and 1 other country between 9 Sep 2015 and 21 Sep 2015
"This was set to be a memorable occasion being a special Birthday for our dearest friend and also my own, as well as an opportunity to catch up with old friends we haven't seen for a while and meet some new friends.

The trip exceeded all expectations and will be an abiding memory for us for the rest of our days. There are so many highlights from the places we stayed, animals we saw, people we met, great times we had with friends and just being back in Africa.

Cannot stress how much everyone needs to visit there and to organise going through Expert Africa!!" Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 8 on a Zambia safari

"September 2015 a trip beyond measure"

I visited Zambia and 1 other country between 9 Sep 2015 and 21 Sep 2015
"This was not my first Safari but it was my first experience of Expert Africa, which I shall be delighted to repeat. The service was attentive from first to last, taking into account the various tastes and preferences of our group, and capably incorporating their travel schedules from various points of origin.

Expert Africa takes its business seriously, paying equal attention to insurance and inoculations as to my more rudimentary questions. They provided a clear, and comprehensible, itinerary as well as a comprehensive checklist, giving me confidence at every stage of my journey. Although this safari entailed a number of locations, travelling between each was smooth and painless - unlike others I have encountered, Expert Africa has its logistics down to a tee. It also enjoys an exceptional range of venues which, as became clear during the trip, are known personally to the Expert Africa team rather than being tied up with some anonymous agency.

Each of the lodges and hotels recommended not only lived up to but exceeded expectations. Not only will I be pleased to book a further excursion but, on the basis of a short conversation after my trip, a colleague has asked for details of who I travelled with. I have had no hesitation in passing the details on." Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 8 on a Zambia safari

"Better than expected!"

I visited Zambia and 1 other country between 1 Sep 2015 and 15 Sep 2015
"We thought "one more trip to Africa", then we can cross this destination off the "bucket list"

Expert Africa offered a personalised service and thorough knowledge of the areas we visited. All the arrangements went smoothly and the recommendation we were given turned out to be very suitable. The game viewing more than met our expectations, and we surprised ourselves by how much insight we gained into the lives of the locals in both Zambia and Malawi.

This will NOT be our last visit to Africa!

"A very enjoyable trip"

I visited Zambia between 1 Sep 2015 and 15 Sep 2015
"This is familiar territory for us, and so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed.

The usual excellent service from Expert Africa.

The "meet and greet" at Lusaka is also very welcome: departure tax pre-paid, and being ushered into the VIP channel saves any anxiety.

"My Aug 2015 trip"

I visited Zambia between 29 Aug 2015 and 14 Sep 2015
"This holiday was one of the best of our lives. On every level - the wildlife, the people, the landscape, the camps - it was an adventure we will never forget.

Maruska advised us very well - we were delighted to be able to do some walking, but glad we didn't do too much more on our initial trip, as we saw so much more wildlife from the vehicles. Each of the camps had its own style and personality, so nothing felt repetitious and it was great to be exposed to two very different national parks.

We're already longing to return to Africa and some of our camps so will plan to be in touch!

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Just make them cheaper so we can go more often!!!" Read full review: 16 nights in Africa; 14 on a Zambia safari
