"Waterhole again the star. Rooms quite acceptable. Breakfast was good but dinner although pleasant was spoilt by the vegetable being cold.

Service particularly at reception very much improved over 3 years ago; now both friendly and polite. Bearing in mind the popularity of the camp the overall service was good."

The outside waterholes were good with an afternoon sighting of leopard strolling in front of the car the highlight."

Interesting and informative evening game drive but not spectacular after Etosha. Very willing to do anything to assist in the holiday."

Day excursion along coast south of Swakopmund

Ernst our driver gave us a wonderful day which was one of the highlights of the trip. His food eaten sitting in the middle of nowhere was very good - how did he keep it warm!! If you love The natural world we recommend highly the trip."

"Very quiet and very welcoming. Very good night drives. The hide in the middle of the "plains" was a good experience.

We had a nightime visitor in the lodge in the form of an elephant but did not cause too moch damage!"

"THe staff were both friendly and helpful offering to change our booking but as we preferred the cheaper room it is a pity they won't offer refunds.The bush chalet was roomier than the waterhole chalet which was rather cramped and not worth the extra 156 dollars.

The waterhole was as spectacular as ever. Food very good considering the numbers served."
