"An unexpected location, in the middle of nowhere.
Food was lovely apart from one night of neck of lamb which was all bone and fatty - we did mention that.
They ran out of white wine!!
Jonathan our (Welsh) Guide was excellent, informative about wildlife and the flora.
We were not informed that the pick up from the airstrip was a timed one - ours was 3pm apparently. We got there at 2pm and waited 2 hours because some other people were late - this made our arrival about 4 hours later!
The description of Camp Doros on our Itinerary was totally incorrect."

We’re delighted these travellers enjoyed their stay at Camp Doros overall and had some excellent wildlife sightings with a very knowledgeable guide, including black rhino and elephants.
However, we apologise for not informing them about the 3 pm pick-up time and regret any inconvenience caused by the delay.
We also spoke with these travellers to clarify their comments about the lodge description, and we also double-checked with the owners, to make sure that we had it correct. That said, we understand that the guests were expecting a different style of camp to what Camp Doros typically offers, and we regret that we didn’t manage those expectations better.
