When BA cancelled my return flight, the process of re-scheduling this with Expert Africa did not go very well in certain respects, although was ultimately sorted out to my satisfaction.

During this period, many airlines, including British Airways, were very stretched. They reduced their capacity over the pandemic, and found it difficult to scale back up.

British Airways cancelled this traveller’s flight at short notice and left him no option but to book a much more expensive seat on a flight one day later. This was just one of string of British Airways cancellations to Nairobi in mid-2022 which affected a number of our passengers, which we all found very challenging.

Despite the unwelcome changes to his plans, we were able to sort out the issue and we were delighted to be this traveller had such an enjoyable trip overall.
