"All staff were very friendly and welcoming and the guiding was excellent and we had some amazing animal encounters.

The view from our lodge was ever changing and the room was very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed.

Unfortunately, one of us was unwell during our stay but the manager couldn't have been more helpful."

"The camp is a 45 minute drive from the airstrip which gives lots of time for game viewing on the way to and from it.

The lodges are very spacious and well equipped with excellent wifi. Our lodge was a few minutes walk from the main area at the edge of the camp and there was constant elephant activity next to our lodge!

All the staff were friendly and welcoming and our guide TJ had incredible knowledge of the area and the wildlife."

"Our experience at Flatdogs Camp was nothing short of fantastic. Not only did the accommodation, meals and surroundings of the camp exceed our expectations but the animal sightings both in the camp and within the National Park were wonderful. There are so many elephants to enjoy watching and so much game to look at, not only in the Park but also around the camp. One day we saw 21 lions in a single morning's drive!

The management, staff and guides should be justifiably proud of the incredibly high level of service and personal attention to detail they provide for their guests. We have never felt so welcome at any accommodation we have stayed at in the past and genuinely believe that nothing you could ask for would be too much trouble for them.

The relaxed style of dining at Flatdogs with a huge menu, including a daily specials board, is a real bonus. It is lovely to be able to eat what you like, whenever you like, served in such a wonderful atmosphere and surroundings. The food offered at Flatdogs is so good your waistline will suffer!

Finally ... Bwaliya, our guide. He was amazing and through his knowledge we have learnt so much about the animals within the Park. He provided a truly unforgettable experience for us.

"The main feature at Lion Camp is the incredible view across the plains. It is ever changing as different animals visit the area and the view from our chalet veranda was priceless.

Simon our guide was incredible. He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the Park and showed great patience with all our questions. We were lucky to have amazing sightings of lions and leopards, including watching a leopard eat an impala in a tree, whilst being circled below by hyenas. The amount of game we saw far exceeded our expectations.

The staff were all helpful, friendly and polite and the meals were superb. We would thoroughly recommend having dinner on your own veranda - it is a unique experience.

Our only negative comment would be that the management did not seem to want to spend time with the guests. Loraine was helpful but we did not meet any other member of the management team and only found out that Emma was not a guest when she wore a badge on our last day. She did not speak to us at all."
