"Wild and luxurious"
Ellie is simply a star! She knows exactly what we like and she is always great at giving suggestions but also at listening to my endless questions and thousands of email- I know I am hard work and demanding but so far Ellie managed to match and exceed our expectations, thanks a lot!!
Everything worked well and all the connections and transfers were all perfect as always. What more can I say? Thank you once more!

Just a couple of small suggestions....so not to lose my reputation of being a "pain in the neck" (self declared).
It would be good to give more emphasis on the local projects that camps run so that future guests can choose to help and perhaps bring something (I say this because we brought some supplies to the Katumbi clinic but the other two guests at greystoke were not aware of the possibility of doing so. They did not book through EA so perhaps my suggestions should be forwarded to the camps).
It would be good to add some price for each lodge/camp to give an approximate idea of prices (as some of your competitors do...without naming names...) and to give a break down in the quote for each accommodation/flight/transport etc, but maybe this would interest only myself." "Safari during the Short Rains"
It felt remote and special enough in the South, hardly saw other vehicles. Got on with the guides very well and feel very lucky that they were so knowledgable. I saw some beautiful scenery, we took little breaks to enjoy the beauty around us.
James Denny at Expert Africa guessed very well what would appeal to me - within my budget too! I really appreciate that." Read full review: 8 nights in Africa; 8 on a Tanzania safari

"Superb Kwihala, Excellent Pongwe"
Kwihala once again was fantastic. Pongwe was better than our first visit. Will be very happy to do both again. I definitely prefer a longer stay at a camp rather than a more typical few days at several camps." Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 8 on a Tanzania safari
"Tanzania 2014"
"Tanzania 2014 - superb"
The push for tour 2014 trip to Tanzania was to revisit some of the lands that we had driven through in 1971 with our 2-man tent. Most of the guides were not born when we first made the journey and they were interested in our experiences in another time.

It was your brochure that brought you to our attention - we think it is excellent." Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 10 on a Tanzania safari
"Returning guests"
Everything went smoothly and Ruaha in particular draws us back." Read full review: 10 nights in Africa; 9 on a Tanzania safari
"My Oct 2014 trip"
Thanks to Liz for helping us plan and putting everything in place.
Just one thing to point out - not a complaint just for your information!
On the return journey from Dar to Nairobi we had to wait one and a half hours before we could check in our baggage. This was not an ideal place to wait. Other travellers from Mafia were catching an earlier flight to Nairobi with Kenya Airways. If we could have caught that we could have spent the transfer time in the Business Lounge in Nairobi. However, our Mafia Dar flight could have been late if a diversion to Songa Songa had taken place as it did on the outward flight so maybe better to be safe than sorry!!" "My Oct-Nov 2014 trip"
The animals were exciting, the food was outstanding, and we felt very well cared-for at all of our stops." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 11 on a Tanzania safari
"My Oct 2014 trip"
Since I am particularly interested in elephants and lions, I would have preferred to book my entire stay at Mwagusi. However, for a "first timer" the Selous Game reserve is beautiful and the landscape is absolutely stunning.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
If anybody indicates lions and elephants as their main interest. then advice them to go to Ruaha and not to Selous. However, I understand that my own concerns about off-road driving have influenced the decision to go to both Selous and Ruaha." Read full review: 8 nights in Africa; 8 on a Tanzania safari
