"Lucy helped arrange our trip. She was wonderful. I travel a lot, and this is the first time I have used someone to plan a trip. It was so helpful, and Lucy was a pleasure to work with. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I learned more about my expectations and where I needed to be clearer in the future. What I really appreciated about Lucy, is I messed up a flight (spelled a name wrong on an airline ticket). I got no where in fixing it and Lucy jumped in and got it rectified.

"Overall we enjoyed our holiday, especially the "off piste" section we organised in the Cape before returning via JNB.

Less game and far less variety than we expected. Dissappointed to find night drives not allowed in Zimbabwe. Expert Africa should provide more details of the flight operators for the bush flights and there needs to be tighter communication when informing guests and checking their documents and itineraries." "In life you get what you pay [Generally] & whilst an Expensive Trip, we couldn't & wouldn't want to fault any part of it. A fantastic Holiday to a part of the World that we wouldn't ordinarily consider venturing to.

Accommodation was unbelievably good / Game Viewing superb & everyone that we encountered friendly & helpful.

If only we'd have found that Cheetah.!! - Oh well that's a good enough reason to return in my book.!!!

Something we were not aware of prior to our trip was that not all animals can be seen in all locations. This became very apparent when we were in Old Mondoro/Chiawa - there were no giraffes,. Whilst there should be some personal responsibility, someone who had booked a trip of a lifetime and had a checklist of animals this omission may have caused disappointment - perhaps this could be highlighted when trips are planned." "We had a really superb honeymoon.
