"AFRICA 18 February and March"
I visited South Africa between 21 Feb 2018 and 24 Mar 2018
"Another very successful trip to Africa. It was all a very interesting experience but it was so different from the Africa of further north with which we are very familiar.
We enjoyed everything, but the one thing that stands out is the charm, the efficiency and the helpfulness of all the staff everywhere. Well done South Africa! Come here and teach us a lesson.

"Brilliant experience"
I visited South Africa between 26 Jan 2017 and 8 Feb 2017
"This was a special trip and it surpassed expectations. It was full on, as so much to see and do .Thoroughly enjoyed all four locations we went to . They were all very different but each was great in its own way with the highlight being the safari.
We also did our homework on restaurants before we went so had some truly excellent meals at places such as the Pot Luck Club and Foxcroft in Cape Town , La Petite Ferme in the winelanda and the Olive Tree in Knysna These were all booked in advance
Also booked a really enjoyable wine tour around some of the lesser known estates.
As you will have seen Oude Werf was a bit of a disappointment especially when compared to the other establishments we visited but Stellenbosch itself was really chilled and had a great lunch there as well.
All in all the holiday was superb and many thanks to Tracy for being so helpful in making the arrangements.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Greatly valued the ability to chat things through rather than simply relying on email. Perhaps some additional info about parking availability at the hotels woyld be useful-there were no problems but when arrivibg at a new destination worth knowing in advance what to expect eg at Oude Werf you had to find a place to stop near the hotel or drive to the gates so they could then do the valet parking. At Phantom Lodge you leave your car at their secure outdoor car park at the bottom and then are driven up and down between the lodge and your car." "Well done Tracy, virtually perfect holiday"
I visited South Africa between 18 Jan 2014 and 8 Feb 2014
"Apart from the hiccup at Storms River this holiday was absolutely perfect for us. Interesting places to see and excellent accommodation. We do love the contrasts that Tracy gave us.
We fell in love with South Africa, its people, its food and of course that absolutely glorious weather.

"Our trip was brilliant. We were really pleased with the accommodation choices that Expert Africa suggested and the trip all went extremely smoothly. We'd love to go back!

Perhaps in the informatino you provide before the trip, you could provide a bit more detail about restaurant and activity ideas in each area." Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 10 on a South Africa trip

"A very enjoyable holiday"
I visited South Africa between 29 Mar 2012 and 14 Apr 2012
"Most places we visited were repeat visits and little had changed.
The one new venue was Babylonstoren, which was far more commercialised than we were anticipating. It's probably more geared towards younger people. It definitely is not suitable for the disabled. However, we have not heard or seen a single negative comment about it. so it presumably comes down to personal preference.

As far as we are concerned, no improvements needed!" Read full review: 16 nights in Africa; 11 on a South Africa trip
