Honeymoon Suite

The Honeymoon Suite is a luxury individually decorated double suite. The suite has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower. The Honeymoon Suite leads out onto a secluded patio, garden, fire pit and plunge pool where romantic candle-lit dinners can be served.

LongHope Villa

A lovingly restored, historic,1820 settlers homestead, offering todays' comforts set in the historic ambiance of the past. LongHope Villa is set away from the rest of the Lodge on its own private grounds, but Guests still have access to RiverBend Lodge facilities.

This exclusive use Villa, with 3 en-suite Luxury bedrooms, spacious open plan living & dining areas, a private pool set in an indigenous garden, with wonderful birdlife surrounding the Villa, also has a private game viewing deck overlooking a secluded waterhole.

With the Villa comes an exclusive use Chef, who prepares all your meals, high teas and snacks as required and just for you.

Over and above this, you have your own dedicated Ranger for all your exclusive safaris, which are included in your stay.

LongHope Villa is only available to booked under the All Inclusive rate.

Luxury Suite

RiverBend's luxury suite offer a distinctly individual, tranquil and private retreat. The spacious suite opens up onto its own private patio which looks out over the wild African bushveld, from where guests can safely soak up the scents and sounds of the bushveld.

A few of the Luxury Suites are also interleading, so families or friends can still get to share more of their time together.

The Suites are linked with a paved pathway, that in the evenings is lit, with a muted but effective light, making walks around the property, or to and from the public areas easy.

Each Luxury villa has its own Nespresso coffee machine as well as other tea & coffee facilities, which are complimented by home made rusks and biscuits.

Every suite is also equipped with a private, 'rustic' outside shower.

Peppergrove Cottage

This exclusive use Villa with 3 Luxury rooms, offers large and spacious open plan living & dining areas. The main bedroom is en-suite, while the other 2 bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom.

Perfect for Families and Groups, the unit is modern,large and private to your family or group, while still having easy walkable access to all the public areas on offer at RiverBend Lodge.

The large wrap-around lawn area, ensures your family has the space to play or to just sit read and enjoy the wonderful view you have over the wild african bush.

PepperGrove Cottage works well with very large groups or families, as it can be booked in conjunction with our RiverBend Luxury Villas and is in easy strolling distance.

PepperGrove Cottage gives the discerning traveller a choice of being booked as either: Bed & Breakfast or All inclusive.

With the All Inclusive, we do offer you the use of an exclusive Chef for private Dinners at the Villa.
