"Bog standard city centre hotel which served its purpose for me - a stop over when I arrived before I started my main trip.
Used room service - food was excellent.
My room was right next to reception and the hotel started to hoover at 9pm as I went to bed! I was so tired it didn't really matter but even so!

"I had a long journey from Scotland - 3 flights! and was exhausted!
The staff were lovely. The dinner was excellent and I had a really good sleep!

"A short overnight stay as we arrived too late to travel to and get into Majete Wildlife Reserve.
Very historic, but in a noisy area - even on a Sunday evening.
Friendly and helpful staff and good food.

"Very comfortable, spacious town hotel. Staff very helpful. All facilities in our bedroom & bathroom worked well. An array of toiletries in bathroom. Bottled water. Small fridge. We always appreciate having a safe, which was in the wardrobe. Tray of tea facilities.
A choice of dining on offer - buffet or daily menu. Variety of seating areas in bar & dining room.
Musical entertainment provided during the evenings (sat & sun) that we stayed in bar/dining area.

"One Night at Ryall's Hotel"

"A fairly standard International hotel but the highlight was the restaurant for dinner. Wonderful food and wine at a surprisingly low cost.
